I love this company's tee shirts and ordered four for my grandsons, two of which were too small, so I ordered two in a larger size and returned those which were too small. I made an error with the QR code for the return, but after exchanges of emails, the problem was resolved and I was given a refund. Great customer service!

Confusing and frustrating experience!
I purchased a t-shirt and paid Kartel Music Group, the t-shirt needed returning because it was too big. I emailed Kartel Music Group as instructed on the order form and was given an address to which I sent the order back. I then had to chase after 3 weeks of no update or refund, after a bit of back and forth with them I was passed over to Teemil who told me after sending my proof of postage that this was not their address. After having to explain I was told to send it back to this address a refund was confirmed. We’re now a full two weeks since that conversation and no refund. Yesterday I emailed to chase and was told to wait the full 10 working days which has now passed. To top it off I was told the refund was only £18 when I was expecting it to be £30, when I challenged this I was sent an order breakdown apparently showing I had only paid £18. Once again I challenged with my own confirmations showing the true value of the order I paid and the replies have stopped! I have now raised a chargeback with my bank because it feels almost impossible to obtain a refund from what appears to be a poorly organised relationship between two companies.

Received my t-shirt with a manufacturing fault, a thread had been caught when printing the text on which, when removed, would have torn the printed words. Sadly just one of those things.
Customer service was quick and efficient. I sent photos to prove the problem, and Ashleigh was very understanding, friendly and quick to offer a replacement t-shirt. Impressed with the service received!

I can't recommend Teemill highly enough. The customer service has been brilliant helping me with the exchange of a product that needed a little assistance. Communication was swift, polite and friendly. And the sweater was top quality too - very happy customer!

Teemill took the time to respond to my email query concerning the availability of a particular shirt and they answered my question about the cost of shipping to the United States.

I didn't receive my order and I was contacted to say it was received back at Rapanui 2 weeks ago. I have contacted Teemill by email and using their webform but not had a response or a refund. Awful customer service, and a shame as I actually just wanted the T-shirt and have really liked stuff from them before.

Excellent fabulous T-shirts and brilliant printing. Customer service was next level helpful. Highly recommend.

I bought 3 T-shirts & initially thought they looked good quality. However, after 3 wears &3 washes each, 2 of them developed small holes in the front. At £20 each this was not what I expected. I contacted customer services whose auto response said they’d get back to me within 2 working days. That was 3 weeks ago! Appalling. The print is great but not worth the money if the material drops into holes. I won’t be buying again.

Although it took awhile to get my T Shirt I am very happy with the quality. I know this is going for allot of good non profits which warms my heart.

Absolutely delighted with my bespoke T-shirt! The quality is excellent, with a really crisp, sharp image and lettering that looks even better than I expected. The cotton is soft and comfortable, and I was particularly impressed with how quickly it was made and delivered.

A fantastic service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for my next T-shirt!

The quality of the T shirt I bought - for the price - was very disappointing. A return/refund was offered and the response from the company was prompt but I would not buy from them again.

Quality of the product is super, and the pricing for such quality is also very good. Had a minor issue that needed resolving and Max was extremely helpful and prompt in dealing with it, going above and beyond.

Bought a t-shirt via the BBC Earth Teemill website. The order has gone missing and was never delivered. It was due to be delivered c. 2 weeks ago. I tried to raise a query on the BBC Earth website but I kept getting an error message appear and it would not send.
I have tried to contact via the Teemill website and the customer service email address, however no one has responded to any of my queries regarding either the missing parcel/request for a refund or the error on the BBC Earth website. Poor customer service.

I ordered a t shirt for my brother's 70th birthday which came with 1955 instead of 1956, ( I hadn't noticed when ordering assuming it would be correct as its 2026)
Anyway, after a couple of emails, they very kindly refunded the cost and allowed me to keep it (it will go to a charity shop as its still the wrong year!)

Ordered another, with 1956 this time !

Emailed yesterday about a problem I had with an order I received, Ashleigh was very quick at sorting this for me. The clothing is of good quality & will be ordering again.

I had a problem of quality with one of the products and once i managed to talk to the right person, was refunded without quibble. Which reassured me about ordering again in the future

My second order from this company as the first was so good and definitely will be back again!
