Stock of some colours is very patchy. As someone running a Store it is frustrating for customers when colours are very often out of stock. I do appreciate the difficulty of predicting stock, but it would be helpful to store owners to have stock updates signaled more precisely in advance. The service generally is good and the quality of items very good

Flawless customer service when the stitching in a knitted jumper has failed on one shoulder - replacement was sent out effectively same day. Ashleigh was the customer services advisor who dealt with my case and the process couldn't have been easier.

The jacket I ordered is great - really light-weight and comfortable. I just had one small issue that was sorted in less that 24 hours. Great customer service.

I am sick and tired of not being able to dial a number and talk to a “human being” e-mails, BOTS and numbers reflected which do not work irritate me immensely - I have recently changed service providers for my home Wi-Fi and from start to finish dealt with a “human being” instead of questions and answers on the internet and then the phrase “did this help you” I am directing my frustration towards Teemill because you represent Ocean Conservation Namibia of which i wish to support by buying online from their store - this is an extremely frustrating and difficult task as simply put I cannot do what i wish to do. Lets see if a human takes the trouble to call me, my contact number has been lodged on the purchase page of OCN - thank you.

The support was superb, friendly and helpful, but many of the items were unavailable and l had a problem ordering from France. They were grateful for feedback so l hope these issues will be addressed.

My order was returned to the depot as it had an incomplete postcode. I reordered the top and it arrived promptly. I am very happy with the quality and fit of the top and satisfied with the customer service regarding a refund for the returned item.
I have bought from Rapanui before and will definitely shop with them again.

Teemill.com have taken over the merchandise from Help for Heroes. And I'm really disappointed with the limited inclusive designs .
There's only 2 hoodies with full zips , but neither have the tri colours or union jack flag on the sleeves, yet they cost just as much as the original design that H4H used to supply . They have some union jack flags on other items, but no dark blue , light blue and red Tri colours. There's hardly any stock of anything else neither. It's a sparse shopping experience, with some very commercialised items that can be easily overlooked as ordinary high street designs at half the price . The majority of their clothes don't stand out as Help for heroes. It's sad it's gone down in my estimations .
We want exclusive stand out quality designs as before . Please bring back the original designs and Tri colours .

Great products as always - but had an issue with the application of a gift voucher at checkout which generated a postage charge when it shouldn't.

I have used Teemill for many years to print custom t-shirts for my environmental charity. On this occasion, there was an issue with the quality of the images provided and I was very impressed with Max who spotted the issues and worked hard to rectify them.

Fast response helping us out with a problem that was actually made at our end, went above and beyond to help resolve it. And genuinely kind, considerate people in the customer service department. Could not fault them in any way at all. Oh, and my son loves the product/s.

After purchasing many items previously and being so pleased with the quality it was a shock to receive an item as a birthday present. Under the new regime the quality is terrible and the prices, i later discovered, are exorbitant. It is Temu quality and Harrods prices. Such a shame . Cannot recommend at all. Donate in other ways.

There was an error with the Christmas sack/bag I ordered and the name on it was printed incorrectly so the wonderful customer service people emailed me and asked if I would like it refunded. Instead of a refund I would just like another bag as it looks cool and also is for a shark loving girl in Louisville, Kentucy. I was most impressed with the price and the nice email from Max that I received. And my order arrived safely and looks great. I am certain Maria in Kentucy will love her Sharkfest of gifts. I emailed their customer support team and received this automated reply:

"Our Customer Service Team is currently working through enquiries and will respond to you personally within two working days (although we’ll always aim to get back to you sooner where possible)."

However, I received no reply after three days. I emailed them again, and after another three days, still nothing. All I've received since sending my initial enquiry are their marketing emails.

I was hoping to use them for my new POD business, but I've now reconsidered. If my customers experience issues with products after purchasing, I won't be able to resolve them if my supplier's customer service (Teemill, in this instance) fails to reply after seven days, despite their automated promises.
