I’ve bought lots of Rapanui (Teemil) products, mainly T-shirts, and I find them well-made and, above all, produced with a focus on ethical standards. I also had some issues with a delivery, but found the customer service to be extremely helpful; after several attempts to trace a lost parcel, they sent me a new order, which arrived at my home shortly afterwards. I think it’s a reputable company and I’d recommend their products.

Hello Teemill. What a disgrace, you don't like emails: Please forward this email to a department that can help. My website Mondial Sports and leisure wear does not function and hasn't for at least 6 months. I have requested assistance about 5 times now and just get met with rediculous questions like what's wrong with the website and on every occasion I have replied with "None of the switching works. None of the Tabs work and there are No visible pages" absolutely no sales can ever be achieved with the website but teemill have done nothing to help, Do Not ask for any website hosting payment and forward this to complaints. Had a package lost in transit (deluvery status showed it as "In the company warehouse" for a week). I contacted customer support and they were really helpful and efficient, resolving the issue quickly. They offered either a new package or a refund. After I've asked them for the new package, the order was prepared on the same day. My customer support staff member was Hannah, with whom I've had nice and clear communication. These things happen, and the way it is handled is what's important, so I'm very satisfied.

My order was lost in transit. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I opted for the refund which I received a few days later. Customer Service was friendly and they responded quickly.

My issues was dealt with satisfactorily with friendly customer service and tech department. Great platform to be part of.

I had difficulty initiating a return so contacted the company. They helped after I had sent 2 emails. I was grateful for this. However it would have been simpler if a short instruction on how to use the returns portal was avaliable in manage my order.

I have tried to review Teemill about this already, however it seems that they have disputed it and the review no longer appears on Trustpilot.

The hoodie itself is poor quality, the previous hoodie I purchased I have had for over 2 years and its still going strong, embroidered logos, good thick material. The Teemill hoodie is thin material, screen printed logo on the front. It looks and feels like a cheap chinese knock off I could have purchased from the local town centre market!!

I'm avoiding Teemill in the future, it also appears that as soon as a bad review goes up on here 10 amazing reviews suddenly appear...not suspicious at all.

Ordered with special delivery. Parcel didn't arrive for 5 days. Mistakes happen, delivery services can let you down. I contacted them to let them know and they refunded my delivery fee.

Purchased Rapanui bralettes and had to question their quality after just 4 months of light use. The customer service was excellent: fast in response and offering a replacement upon acknowledgment of my claim. Thank you for hassle free shopping experience!

I bought an embroidered hat on the RSPB Teemill Store, which is managed by Teemill. The embroidery on the hat looked nothing like the photos on the website to the point that it seems like an actual scam. I organised a return; no problem.

When I alerted customer service to this fact they said "I have passed your comments directly along to our team so they can look into updating the product imagery on the site right away." Two weeks later, nothing has happened on this so far, which is fine as these things take time.

However, I was baffled that the product had 19 "5-star" reviews on the RSPB Teemill website, given the discrepancy between the photos and the shoddy product itself. Then, when I submitted my own review with a photo of the actual product as I received it, it did not go live. It's been two weeks and the review is still not live. Due to the terrible quality of the hat I just can't believe any of the reviews on the website anymore. Clearly they are cherry-picking which reviews go live and are only publishing positive reviews – if those positive reviews are even real.
