I received a jumpsuit that had a small rip on the front of it. It wasn’t easy to find how to report a damaged garment or make contact in general. But eventually I found a way to leave feedback so I reported it there. They were very prompt and super helpful. They even spared me the faff of returning it!

I bought an item via a 3rd party marketplace - they weren't able to help me process a return but Rich from Teemill was fantastic and arranged the postage at no extra cost. I'll definitely be ordering again - this time directly! =)

Ordering is easy and straightforward giving email contact is a very useful idea when waiting for items to come back into stock. I don’t know if this is slower on a Saturday, for my experience I checked the website to try and order again and was pleased to discover I was able to do so.
The only slight issue I had was giving my mobile phone number. I live in France & have french number which your system didn’t like accepting, no matter how I tried to input it ; ending up giving my son’s number

I ordered an ethical Chris Packham design tshirt. When it arrived it had a slight flaw. The customer service team (especially Max) could not have been more helpful, patient (as I had some trouble attaching a photo to the email, so demonstrate the flaw), friendly and efficient. They dispatched a new one to me, and rushed it through (as it was a birthday gift).
As for the tee itself, it is excellent quality, soft organic cotton and nice quality print. The packaging is all recyclable and eco, as you would expect. Top marks

Unfortunately their T-shirts are not dryer safe; the print sticks to itself and before you know it, the design is peeling off. I have never encountered this problem before. Unfortunate, because the Rapanui T-shirts themselves are nice.

The customer service from Rich at Teemill was brilliant. I had been kindly gifted a t-shirt by a friend, but it was slightly too small. Rich was able to very quickly arrange an exchange for a bigger size, despite me having very few details of the original order. I now have a gorgeous t-shirt in the right size, without having to bother my friend to get it sorted and at no extra cost.

I had a problem with a t shirt and it was dealt with quickly and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The clothing is great quality and I love you can custom design your own items too. A great company with great service. Thank you.

I was unlucky initially in that one of my designs didn't print so well, but the friendly team were amazingly patient at working with me to get it right. 'Delighted with the finished shirt, and I'd certainly use them again. Extra points for using Royal Mail to deliver.

I used Teemill as a store owner and bought the subscription to gain further access of different designs. It was a good fit at the time and it was great and easy to use.
My issue now is that I cancelled my subscription, but the money was still taken from my bank account and made me short on being able to pay for my bills this month. I had notified Teemill and have been waiting for a response, they say they'll reply within two working days, but I have been waiting longer then that now, and it is important I get a reply as I am short on my money this month.
Generally the app and designs were fun and ok, but the customer service seems to need some work.

I got (for the first time in a long time) the wrong order so I sent an enquiry to customer service. Their response was quick and very kind. They got to work straightaway to solve the issue. Their service is as good as their products. Bravo.

Prompt creating of my tops and book ordered, with swift delivery. Lovely quality organic cotton, and the option of recycling worn out tops .

Besides providing excellent quality organic clothing with a very low carbon footprint, their customer service is top notch!

UPDATE: Order marked as shipped, they sent it untracked into Belgium.

Their website states that: "Our system routes orders to EU addresses to our EU factory, avoiding customs charges applicable for orders coming to the EU from outside the EU."

However, TeeMill emailed me saying that:
"Any local customs duties, clearance handling, or postal processes (including local courier delivery methods or signature requirements) are managed by the destination postal service once the parcel arrives in Belgium."

These two statements are contradictory, but today they sent me an email explaining the miscommunication because they "did ... send it from our EU factory located in Prague so you would not be charged with the customs from outside of the EU ( [un]like our factories in England) to into the EU."

Also, they refunded the postage costs as a gesture of goodwill, which was kind.

I have amended the review stars because there has been positive communication between us, and shall update upon delivery.

Sarah and the team were absolutely superb. I had an issue with non-delivery of an order. This was quickly identified as an issue with the courier, I was immediately given options to resolve and my option was executed exemplary within minutes. This is how Customer Service should work. 👏

Lovely range of designs and good choice of colours, well printed on decent quality cotton. Good on customer service too as had to contact them about an order and their reply was very generous. Would recommend and will order from them again.
