So you say to start a little t shirt and gift business. The t shirts are very high quality too compared to some of the bigger, less sustainable international pod websites. Great value and great service!

The sizing was wrong on 2 t shirts and not as my order request. However, the problem has been resolved and the correctly sized items are now on the way to me. The speedy resolution by Becca and the team are welcome and appreciated.

The hoodies I bought were XL too big so exchanging them for one size down. I’d say buy a size down from your usual size. The hoodies are exceptional quality. And designs are great. Customer service is exceptional

I chose Teemill because it's the most ethical and sustainable dropship provider I could find. Love the concept, the products, and the seamless integration with my store. I'd give 6 stars based on that! Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been more of a mixed bag. Two team members have been incredibly helpful, quick, and proactive in sorting out minor issues. Two others have been completely unable to help me and took weeks to reply. Last time that happened, I still gave 4 stars. Now that it happened again, in an even more frustrating manner, I'll give 3. In the end, I had to solve the problem myself and make it up to my customer for a 6-week! wait on their order. Bottom line: as long as everything works smoothly, Teemill is terrific. As soon as there's an issue involving customer service, it's a hit or miss.

Great customer service

Have purchased lots from Branded & Moniker, always great.
Needed some assistance for this one so contacted them. Super speedy and helpful response. Ashleigh was a pleasure to deal with.

I felt so good about this company, and was planning to use them as my supplier. But it was impossible to reach them via their website -- multiple things went wrong. I sent them an email to get help and have my questions answered over two weeks ago, received an automated notice of receipt, but no other response. I emailed them again 12 days ago, got another automated notice of receipt, but still no actual response. While I am not an actual customer yet, if they can't provide support to a prospective customer or member of the public, this does not bode well.

Excellent customer service. Especially from Becca who dealt with a problem with quickly indeed. Thank you.

Wow!!! What an incredible company - heartfelt caring, prompt help, taking the time necessary to be there for the customer, and check the situation at hand!

There was some sort of strange situation with my order arriving. I contacted Pam Gregory Giving and they looked into it right away, then they got back to me. That arrival took longer than expected, so again I contacted them. They decided to refund my shipping due to this delay without me asking for anything.

When the shipment arrived, I received not only one order, but an entire second order as well! Totally weird! I contacted them again, explained, and wrote ''how to proceed from here?'' because it bothered me.

I heard back and they told me to keep the second set. I was not expecting a refund for the shipping, I was not expecting to receive a double of my order, and I was not expecting them to tell me to keep it!

I cannot give enough thanks and praise to PAM GREGORY GIVING and really that is Pam with her deep caring for all sentient beings and for such great causes!

Now I am off to order that sweatshirt I want from Pam Gregory Giving!

UPDATE:

I have since received an email from customer service apologising having had no response to my emails and I have had a replacement t-shirt sent to me with no print fault.

I'm disinclined to give any more than 3 stars as the process of getting in touch with someone was very arduous but in the end I got my issue sorted. I do worry that if any of my customers experience similar issues with their orders that the return/reprint requests will be just as slow a process. I hope that will not be the case but for now it's 3 stars.

I have a fault on one of my sample t-shirts on my order arriving on the 4th of September. I wrote to Teemill using the email address they gave and had an automated reply to say I'd get an agent to help me within 2 days. No reply. I left it a few days before writing again. No reply. I left it another few days and wrote AGAIN but still not reply.

I need this to be resolved or I will be removing my store from Teemill and finding another print company.

After an initially disappointing standard response as if lost my order number I contacted them again and they were very helpful and apologetic in sorting out a solution for me. Very pleased with their response and customer service.

Amazing customer service! I received an item in the wrong size, but they responded immediately and sent me a replacement in the correct size. They even told me I could donate the original item to someone who can use it. Excellent service and a great way to handle the situation!

Good product quality, quick and good delivery especially at international delivery.
I personally want to point out and give credits to the customer service and the people there. Highly quick responses, always polite and friendly whether it is about questions or complaints. Three thumbs up and a big thanks for that great quality and attitude!

I had some trouble waiting for my order to be delivered to Spain, but the team - and Max- could not have been more helpful. They kept me informed, were super helpful and I am so delighted with it, now it has arrived.
