Very impressed
Very impressed with the service. Having been told by Meta that they don’t and won’t fix my son’s VR and the only option was to buy a reconditioned (?) one from them, I researched independent repairs. Tech Centre had good reviews and if they can’t fix it then no payment. It was dropped off at my local CEX and a week later I could collect it, fully working. Really impressed and a happy child- thank you. And nowhere near the price Meta wanted to buy a second hand one.

Extremely reliable and professinal service.
Tech centre allows you to drop off and collect, removing the insurance and anxiety of a postal repair. It gives you receipt, update, and on collection warranty on your device. First time using tech centre, would recommend this service to everyone.

CeX took the controller in, sent it off for me.
Website kept me updated with the progress of the repair.
Notified when repair was complete and ready to collect.

Happy but check the timings
Good service and happy with the repair. Issue with the comms between Tech Centre and CEX for collection, the item did not arrive to the store for collection until 4 days after the date in the message received
