Really thought I’d have to splash out on a new headset so was extremely thankful that this was a no repair no fee service! Was sent off, repaired and back within a week! And updates all the way. Would definitely recommend to people. Top notch service!

Everything was great and easy to understand fixed a few problems but the main problem was the power button which still is not fixed as you got to keep switching it of and on for when the xbox choses to switch on.

This is the best company in the world but what computers are always willing to help to make their customers very happy indeed so I give these the best shout out ever in the world so if you want a good gaming computer just speak to Charlie or the customer service team and they will sort you out very well

Sent my 3DS XL for repairs, but while DPD lost my package, tech centre were super useful and quickly sent me a replacement console for no charge at all, absolutely lovely service from them

It took about a week for my console to arrive at tech centre and about a week to receive it back. But I tracked the repair and it showed that tech centre repaired it in a day. Console came back absolutely pristine. So my only criticisms lie with CeX which I thought could have been quicker. But as far as it goes for tech centre they did a perfect job. Great value too as Microsoft wanted to charge me £280 for repair.

Incredible!
They repaired my son's ps5 in a day and sent it back in 2, once received it was like new! Well worth the price as I had been quoted much more, service was impeccable, very happy and will seek out again if I need a repair!

My DS was repaired and I am very happy with it!! Support is friendly and I liked receiving text and email updates.
The repair was just a replacement for the thumbstick that had broken off a couple years ago and now it's been completely replaced making the DS look brand new again!
My reason for the 3* review however is that I wasn't updated fully updated for when my DS arrived back to the store to pick up. The only communication to say was when it was dispatched and I was given an estimate for the day it would arrive.
By the time it reached the estimated day I was given I hadn't recieved any update to say that it was successfully delivered back to CEX which made me really uncertain if it would actually be there or not. Luckily it was but I am not sure how long it might've been waiting at the CEX store to be picked up.
Other gripes I have is that when I was collecting my DS, I wasn't even asked for my ID which makes me worried on who could've picked it up without my knowledge, along with that my tracking hasn't even updated to say it has been collected so if someone else took it without my knowledge how would I even know?
I will admit, my complaints may be from the fact I am a very anxious person but I do wish there was more in depth tracking updates that made me feel more assured. My DS did take 2/3 weeks to repair which I think is an alright time frame for something so old now but as said previously I'm a very anxious person and not recieving more in detailed updates made me worry quite a lot.
