They will do a sub standard service and not fulfill the warranty
They did a general refurbishment on an Xbox controller I sent them and then it broke down again. I sent it back for what should've been an in warranty repair but was told I would be charge £26.99 for a second time. The repair was a relatively easy one and makes no sense for me to pay what would essentially mount up to be the price of a replacement controller.

Great Service!
Brilliant! Tech centre made everything easy. I was given a price online, then found it easy to use the drop off point. I was kept up to date with everything from item being collected, to being looked at, only once they fixed my Switch was I asked to pay, once paid they sent it back to my drop off point for collection.
Very happy with the service, great price too as I was quoted over double from Nintendo themselves!
Definitely recommended!!

They bring back my beloved PS5 controller back after crappy stick drift THANK YOU?!
Do have another controller to fix which is xbox one but can only afford one at a time

Elite 2 Controller repair
I posted my pad to be repaired and the repair was complete and sent back within a few days, works like new again. Was a good choice to use tech centre instead of renewing my Xbox elite controller.

Was nervous, but they made it easy!
I was worried about handing off my Nintendo switch, but it needed a WiFi chip repair. CEX said it’d be a week before Tech Centre even received it, so I emailed them to see if anything could be done. They collected it two days later and at this moment in time, it’s repaired and waiting to be sent back to me the day after they received it! I’m blown away by how quick and easy this experience has been. I’ll update my review once I’ve gotten my switch back. Thank you Tech Centre for making this experience so easy. 🙂

I’m happy with how much care was taken…
I’m happy with how much care was taken with the device whilst in repair, I’ve been updated all the way through, the device is working properly, no more issues, Thank you!, It’s nice to see a company that take great pride in their work, they took the time to clean the device and possibly more than I’ve been able to spot as well as repair it, Thanks again for a great service!

My Experience of Tech Centre as part of… my PS3 Controller
My Experience of Tech Centre as part of the CEX Repairs was very good recommended and they very kindly staff to fix my ps3 controller when I went to CEX Store last month and I expain and complain to them that my controller was dropped on the lamulated floor in my new bedroom upside down on the left stick and ps button.

Brilliant Experience
Very good fixed it and the consoles now working amazingly and seems as good as new.
Only negative would be it was gone for a long time due to obviously having to wait for parcel company to come and collect it but only a slight negative
