Very good the pc was as described maybe even nicer so clean of a used items, like brand new.

Great product
Great product. Fast dispatch. Arrived well packed and as described.
Only issue was DPD. After failing to deliver on two consecutive days, for no good reason, we finally received our item.

Half the laptop was missing!
Paid £300 for a laptop from TechBazaar and the battery life was appalling. On inspection it appears they had removed one of the two batteries before sending it out to me, which would explain the problem. Unsure how a company thinks they can sell half a laptop. When I contacted TB, their reply was rude and unhelpful which is a real shame.
If you're happy to take a risk, they sell tech at competitive prices, but if you want quality I would avoid in future.

Thanks for your feedback. Just to add few things which you had missed to mention as not a single issue was raised when this laptop was sold almost 6 months ago.
1st, We never remove any battery, it was mentioned to you on email that some laptops come with single battery by default and some have dual batteries ( direct from manufacturer as business laptops are customized for their end customers ), the batteries that come with laptop will be in Good to Excellent condition. We don't have to remove batteries from the laptops as they will be of no use to us.
2ndly If pointing something correct and offering you to send the laptop for warranty checkup is rude then we are not sure how else we can effectively help you with this situation.

Amazing Product and Delivery
I bought both my and my sister’s laptops (before my purchase) from them. The laptop I bought was even though refurbished but it will not appear that way. Amazing product and goods delivered in great time!
