Excellent product, £550 for a laptop worth about £1000+ with one slight blemish I could not care less about (B graded)

Still getting to grips with the new laptop, but great so far.

The laptop arrived quickly and was well packaged.

The condition was great even though it was categorised as 'Good'.

I raised a query by email and it was replied to straight away.

I bought a Dell Latitude 5590 from this company in 2024 and it was time for an upgrade. This time I ordered a Latitude 5430. It arrived v quickly. There was a slight bright white mark inside the screen and I emailed to ask if this was what was expected of a B+ rated machine. I sent a photo of the mark and they said they'd replace it straight away. To be fair, many people wouldn't have minded/noticed, but as I work on white text docs/PDFs all day it would have been distracting (it can't be seen on anything but a white screen). The replacement laptop arrived after a day or two of my returning the faulty one, pre-paid, so all's good. Customer service throughout was top notch.

Dell Latitude was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Works straight out of the box with no lag.
Battery lasts a day before recharge but after speaking to a company advisor this is normal and most users keep it plugged in to the mains while using so overall a sound purchase at a competitive price

Laptop worked perfectly from day one. When it was damaged, Tech Bazaar replaced the faulty chassis under warranty while keeping my SSD and RAM intact, so all my data was preserved. Good communication and a quick turnaround. Would recommend.

The listed items I wished to purchase were out of stock in the condition I paid for so had to accept a lesser condition which was described over the phone. They did omit the fact that one of the USB ports was unusable due to damage not allowing the physical insertion of a USB plug. That said the customer service was good and the item was good value for money with the refund for the condition change and unavailable item issued promptly.

Very pleased with the laptop, delivered extremely quickly, good communication. Although it was refurbished it was virtually impossible to think that it wasn't new.

These guys are top notch. Delivered a quality PC for my daughter. She is over the moon with it.
