Customer purchased a refurbished machine with grading clearly defined, the machine is exactly as per the grading B+ so not sure what was the expectation.
When asked for a return and refund it was promptly authorized and full amount refunded.
Very happy!
Easy to order on their web site and quick delivery. Computers worked fine and in good condition. Very happy!

Excellent …
The laptop came quickly and is in excellent condition. Much more affordable than buying a a brand new one. 2nd time I have bought a laptop from Tech Bazaar and would recommend.

Bought 3 recon PC's
Bought 3 recon PC's. Very quick shipment, PCs well packed but the overall packaging was poorly taped up, so box started to come apart in shipping, resulting in a missing hdmi cable. Overall, very good value, fast service, need to use more packing tape! Would use again.

Thanks for your review and sharing the information which we will keep in mind. The 2x HDMI to Display port cables were provided as complimentary addition and was not part of the actual order to supplement the PC in connection. PC normally comes with Power cables only.
First class everything
First class everything! I ordered a laptop on Thursday at 2.30pm after calling to check dispatch times. I was assured the laptop would be with me Friday if I ordered by 3.30pm. I did so, although a little sceptical as I also wanted a memory upgrade to my laptop. Within minutes, I received confirmation of my order. True to their word, it arrived 2pm the next day. I ordered a B+ refurbished laptop. It is immaculate, as if just out of the box. Not a blemish to be found. I cannot praise this company highly enough. If you are in the market for a new laptop (or refurbished) please give this company serious consideration.
