I have bought several used laptops from Tier1 over the years. Always found them to be reliable to deal with and always been pleased with the products. On the odd occasion when I needed aftersales support they are responsive and solved the issue without drama.
Delivered ahead of expectations. Packaging was impressive (card box with inflated plastic all-round the laptop - although the device moved around within it and could have been better secured.
Would I recommend - yes. Will I order again in the future - most likely.

Great value - everything as promised

Ordered 3 PCs which came in good time. Good communications throughout the experience. We needed to check it had the appropriate number of display ports for our needs, which they checked and sent.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent purchase from Tier1Online deserves one. I bought a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q after doing a lot of preparation. With the help of AI, I drafted a clear specification of what I needed, and from there I compared five of the most trusted refurbished PC sellers. I narrowed it down to the top two and contacted both.

Tier1Online stood out because they were willing to make adjustments to match my exact requirements. I was assisted by an adviser, Khalif Khan, who provided excellent service throughout. Communication was clear, options were explained properly, and nothing felt rushed.

The PC arrived well‑packaged, clean, and in excellent condition for a refurbished unit. Laptop is good quality and fast

I spoke to customer service after a slight mistake with the account information. I got on the line within 15 seconds of calling and we resolved the issue quickly and calmly. The lady was very polite and friendly. The laptop came in great order too, great value and service 😁.

Wide choice of devices to buy, helpfully described with a usable website. Good value, great product exactly as described, and decent delivery, well packed and a good courier (not Evri).

Very good customer service with prompt and relevant replies to my queries. The ThinkPad itself was in almost perfect condition apart from minor scratches and blemishes to the exterior (this type of body is prone to that) tkThe keyboard , screen, webcam and all ports looked brand new). Worked very well out of the box, no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase. A great 14" laptop at a really good price. The delivery was good too, but the courier didn't update me between saying they were "expecting to receive my order" and then another 2 days later saying my parcel would be delivered in 3 hours. Luckily I was in but I'd appreciate knowing the date of delivery beforehand. This is on the courier tho, not the vendor.

Fast, exactly as advertised, comprehensive QA listing for the item. Packaging is superb, better protection than the original. A repeat purchase of a quality machine as my previous one was showing the strains of more airmiles than the ex Duke of York.

PC arrived in great condition. You can tell they actually took the time to do a proper refurbishment as when I looked inside the case there was not a spec of dust.

Delivery was fast with no issues. 3 days for it to get to me in Northern Ireland is not bad at all. The package itself was also well protected in a decent quality box with plenty of bubble wrap.

All in all, would recommend these guys if you need a PC but don't want to pay the overinflated current market prices due to ram & storage supply chain issues.
