Recommended.
A very reasonable price for a refurbished laptop, and very quick turnaround from order to delivery.
I will also praise the packing. Serious air-filled plastic bladder jacket and then a good cardboard box used as it should be, with no extraneous parcel and unnecessary 'fragile' tape making it less easy to reuse or recycle.

Splendid after sales experience
Coda to a review of a purchase made earlier this year, a Surface 3 which had since lost a couple of rubber feet. Contacted Tier 1 to purchase replacement feet or to suggest 3rd party vendor, the very helpful Leona had a replacement set delivered within 2 days. Made several purchases from Tier 1, this only adds to my confidence in their service.

Quality Grading not accurate, not to expected Grade A standard.
The phone itself was the product with the features I was seeking. I take issue that the condition sold was Grade A. I have bought from other sellers with lower used quality ratings and the screen was in near perfect condition. With tier1online I received a body with sticker residue and the screen itself with 15-20 surface micro scratches, certainly not Grade A. More like B or C+. If I bought from tier1 again I would be highly sceptical of their used quality grading.
