Excellent item and service
After looking on various sites I found exactly the laptop I needed at Tech-bazaar. The price was very competitive.
The B+ grading was easily appropriate - no scuffs or damage was visible.
The laptop arrived very quickly (with free delivery) and works perfectly. I am pleased with tech-bazaar and my laptop.

Great service, good choice and excellent condition for a refurbished laptop
Fast delivery once the order was placed. Great refurbished laptop. Excellent condition and good battery capacity. I needed some support to resolve one of the software updates that didn't work for some reason, but the on-line 'chat' service worked out well.

Mini Desktop PC.
Purchased mini desktop PC, arrived in a couple of days, at Xmas time, and I also made changes to harddrive and memory. Had quick email question that was quickly replied to.
Highly recommended for refurbished PC, will be my go to if i need anything else.

However, I returned the previous laptop which I did not like by post using the Post Office insured parcel delivery and I have the receipts, requesting a full refund.
I have not had any acknowledgement of your receiving that, not have I received a refund.
