I put an order in October and another one in November. Payment was immediately taken but I’m still waiting on the goods (19th Jan). I’ve received an email saying release date has moved to 26th Jan. However this doesn’t mean it will be posted then. If the company can’t provide the goods quickly they shouldn’t be in business. Extremely poor customer services, and appears to be a profit making scam!

I ordered on 26th Nov, nothing was ever received. Received an email on 24th Dec saying sorry and you would refund AND send the goods free of charge.
Since then you have refunded, but also cancelled the order and not sent the goods. Why offer this if you are not going to fulfil?
I have also returned 2 items in separate returns and not received a refund. One was received by the store on 20th Oct. Basically stealing!

1. Despite being clearly in stock and ready to ship, everything take at LEAST 3-4 months to arrive(they will tell u it’ll arrive within the month but that is not true)
2. quality has decreased quickly in recent months. things arrive broken or unusable.
3. they will not replace broken or low quality items. you have to get a refund.
4. prices are so high. that’s not rlly a main concern but if i’m paying an arm and a leg for a goddamn cardigan, it better be at least wearable when it arrives several months after ordering it. I MOVED before my cardigan ever came. i had to go back every day to see if it came for like two months.
5. there are absolutely no humans in the customer service dept. the robots will not help you. ur out of luck.
6. whoever is in charge of this shop SUCKS, FIX UR WEBSITE AND UR STORE POLICIES BC THEY SUCK. UR CUSTOMERS DESERVE EITHER FASTER SHIPPING OR HONEST SHIPPING, HIGHER QUALITY ITEMS, AND THE GUARANTEE THAT IF THEIR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN, IT WONT BE SOLD OUT SO THAT THEY CAN REPLACE IT AND NOT JUST GET A BLOODY REFUND SIX MONTHS AFTER BUYING THEIR MERCH FOR CHRISTS SAKE

that said my folklore cardigan from like three years ago is pretty great! it lost a button early on but it’s a good quality sweater, heavy. but the newer versions are NOT of the same quality

I ordered a hoodie on November 14th for my daughter as a Christmas present. It was presale with a shipping date Dec 1st. I was advised after 50 emails that it shipped on December 20th. I was then told it shipped on December 27th. Now after another 50 emails I’m told my package is lost since December 20th and they may have no stock left. Is this site a scam. How could Taylor Swift treat her fans in this way

Placed an order on December 8th for a poster and a CD, both said ship in one week. They still hadn’t arrived by January 7th, so I filed a claim with my credit card company.
Within 24 hours, a shipping label was printed, however, there has been no movement on the package since the label was printed.
Today is January 13th and my package still hasn’t shipped. Over a month later.. they stopped communicating after promising refunds to everyone who didn’t receive their items for Christmas.

If I could give zero I would.So I ordered three separate times in June 2023. All three orders DELAYED till January 2024. One order came and it was DAMAGED. I paid so much just for it to be damaged. I did not want to waste money to ship it back especially with the delay so I super glued it.

The other two orders , came with FREE digital albums as promoted on the website and I could not even remove it from the cart. So I just dealt with it since its FREE anyways. Thanks to the huge delay, I asked for a refund. So far , they have responded to only one of the order regarding the discrepancy. I noticed they only refunded me partially and TOOK $8 - APPARENTLY FOR THE DIGITAL ALBUM WHICH WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE. False advertising and scamming. And like WHY WOULD I ORDER 8 IDENTICAL DIGITAL ALBUMS? Clearly they are just trying to steal money in whatever way they can.

Anyways I notice all the one star review, please contact me via reply. I intend to consult with my lawyer even if its just $8, cause clearly they are stealing petty cash from millions of customers.

Also , they ignore my emails. Kelsey, Tiana or Brian. Won’t be surprised if they are bots

For the love of god!!!!!! I have never in all my life had such a bad experience when ordering online. It seems like I say that more and more these days but these people…they win, hands down give them an award for worst customer service! As I’m seeing in other reviews I also purchased from the Taylor Swift official store because it is the only official store for Taylor Swift merchandise. I could’ve bought off of Etsy. They have some really cute stuff on there now I wish I would have. It would be awesome to find out if Taylor Swift actually knows what’s going on with her official store, and just how unhappy all of her fans are. Placed my order on December 12. Got an email saying everything should be shipped by the 15th so I thought good I’m in the clear it’ll be here by Christmas. I stalked that package. I checked my email day after day after day and nothing ever came no package no email. It literally took me forever to figure out how to even contact the store to complain or ask a question when I did I didn’t get a response until December 24 and it was a vague email that now I see they sent to everyone. Basically we apologize. We didn’t send the stuff out when we should have it didn’t get there by Christmas. We are going to send you a full refund which never came. Today is January 11 my full order finally arrived the pink 1989 Taylor’s version T-shirt came came a nasty, rusty color pink, not the hot pink that was on the website. Also the print 1989 on the front of the T-shirt it’s crooked not just a little crooked completely crooked Like I can’t believe someone still put that in the package and mailed it to my house kind of crooked. So now I’ve just sent them yet another message which will take another week for them to respond to… and most likely they still won’t handle the issue. I’ve been waiting on my refund since December 24. Think that’s a little long. these people need to get their crap together or maybe close down shop.

worst ever. ordered hoodies in time for Christmas. It is now 1/6 and although i paid for overnight air and having received a email from them saying they shipped 4 days ago they have not arrived. they told me i need to wait a week and see if it comes or not. its almost like stealing at this point

So I was in the United States staying with my mother for 6 weeks and ordered a hoodie from the Taylor US site for my daughter for Christmas. It was mid November and it said it would ship within one week. Well 6 weeks passed and it had not shipped. Even when it said it shipped it really hadn't. When you tracked it it said label was created but hadn't shipped. So unfortunately I returned to Canada without receiving the hoodie. Well to deal with the disappointment I ordered a hoodie from the Taylor Canada site. Guess what same terrible experience! Order still hasn't shipped even though it said it would ship by December 27th. So right now down $200 and still no hoodies in hand.

Absolute waste of time!
I ordered a hoodie on pre order for Christmas, 3 days later a t shirt arrived, contacted customer services with no response for 2 weeks, then after threatening to claim my money back through my card company i got a reply. Sent item back and repeatedly asked to receive the correct item, they even asked me which i would prefer. A month and a half later they just refunded,

I have never had such a terrible experience with a merchant in the territory of USA. One has to wonder if this store operates from a basement as one person operation.
There is no phone number that you can call directly, and you should refrain from emailing because it will push their reply back to the current day.
I tried to cancel an order an hour after submission realizing that it may not come before Christmas (ordered on 12/12). I received it today 01/04 and it is not $80 quality item; mind you I paid for 2-day shipping.
Stay away from this merchant, not worth the money, not worth your time, not worth your support of the artist. Truly disappointing experience!

Horrible. I have two outstanding orders since October. Have reached out multiple times with no reply. There’s no phone number. Going to have to dispute the charge with my Cc company.

I have had a few orders with the Taylor Swift Store. One of the items that I paid to have shipped when it was ready did not turn up at the correct address. I have been fighting with them since the end of November to get a refund since it's clear it was sent to the wrong address and has disappeared. They did nothing at the time to try and fix things when it happened. Their customer service is appalling with very little care in reviewing where my order is or what has happened. I would expect a Billion Dollar company, ie. Taylor Swift, would at least have the right people running things and making sure the people who have helped make her a Billionaire get treated correctly. It's just crazy to me how bad the service is.

I made order on Dec, 12th 2023 for ready to ship in 1 week jewelries, yes it's for Christmas.
There were no update at all and on Jan 3rd 2024 TS CS, Brian S (or Daniel, at email footer) emailed me that my order is canceled and get fully refund, there is no fully refund because bank charges about $9 for transaction.
I have never asked for cancelation, they are really unprofessional & messy. Poor Taylor Swift...

I don’t understand how a merch store can be so incompetent and awful. They sell merch items, mostly clothes, that are extremely expensive and are horrible quality. There are a few items that are good quality but most of the time, everything is made poorly. It’s disappointing when you pay so much money for something, waiting 4 months for it and it rips within a week. My fiancé bought me the pajama pants from the Christmas drop and I got them last week on Christmas. They just ripped now. It’s been a week. What a joke. Also, the shipping time frame is usually 2 months or longer- how ridiculous is that?

How I wish I would have read this before, this store is ridiculous! I ordered a hoodie for my daughter, biggest Christmas wish, ordered on the 5th of December, page said it would easily be here. Payed 90euros! Now almost a month later all I've received is the order confirmation, and the withdrawal of the money, confirmation said shipment in 2 days, but nothing. Started writing the first email asking for my order after 10 days with no response until a week later , 2 days before Christmas, which was a bot I suppose, cause the email only asked if I still was experiencing troubles then I should answer that mail. Really frustrating, but I repeated myself asking to please just tell me something, but didn't hear anything more.

So I wrote them again,last week got an answer saying sorry that it would be shipped I 2 days max, but nothing. After waiting again I texted them asking to get my money back, but now I just received an email saying that my order had been treated so now I'd have to send my product back, paying all expenses until they receive it and then wait to get my money back cause they could do nothing
But I STILL DIDNT RECEIVE NOT EVEN A SHIPMENT MAIL, MUCH LESS THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR!!

What an expensive lesson and what a shame for so many young Swift fans, I really can't believe this is something she'd put her name on nor that this company would treat the young people that bad! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a T-shirt for Granddaughters' Christmas and paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping even though Christmas was over two weeks away. Now 1 week post Christmas and still nothing. Not only have I not received the merchandise, I've not even received an order confirmation. I've emailed several times but have only been given the run around. One email response stated they had my order for TWO items. I asked for clarification but only got vague responses. I asked to cancel a few days after Christmas and was told they would send the merchandise and a refund. I've received nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Buyer beware do not order from this website. Ordered 2 sweatshirts in XS and they are of poor shabby quality and size more like XXL. €90 each and after chasing delivery ordered Nov 5th they eventually arrived and so disappointing.

OMG what is going on? This is the only way to order official Taylor Swift merchandise. We have ordered several times before and have received our merchandise, though sometimes late. I ordered on November 23, 4 items which I was charged immediately for. I paid for 2 days shipping since it said they would not ship till December 15. My son also ordered on November 24, 1 item, which was received within a few weeks. My order still remains unfulfilled. I received a very nice email from the person supposedly in charge of the store on December 24. Many apologies, agreed unacceptable that Christmas gifts were not received, money would be refunded and items shipped and I would see movement of my items on December 26. Here it is December 29 and still remains on site as unfulfilled. I trusted this store as the only official store for Taylor Swift merchandise, have always fulfilled previous orders, I am truly not sure what to think at this point. I believe Miss Swift should get involved and find out why so many of her fans are being disappointed. Of course, my granddaughters still want their items so we are waiting it out. No refund yet, but I am not sure when I have to declare fraud to my credit card company. Please update if you have posted a review and let us all know if anything is received. I will keep my post updated. Thank you
UPDATE: I am updating my post. As of today January 9, 2024 I have received my order that was supposed to ship December 15. My full order was received and my payment was refunded. I guess they could do no more than that. I have always received everything I ordered and been satisfied with the quality, they are just sometimes slow and that was very unacceptable when you are talking about a major holiday gift. However, they did make good. Call me crazy but I have placed another order with them as my girls have a birthday coming up shortly. Hopefully this one will be received in time.
