Many items fall apart fast. Cardigans and clothes unravel or get damaged after one wash. Orders take weeks or months to arrive. Items sit in warehouses with no updates. They had bad customer service. Support emails take forever or send weak, automated apologies that solve nothing. Refunds are hard to get back.

Non è la prima volta che effettuo un ordine. Ma è la prima volta che, nonostante, come sempre, indico il mio indirizzo sia per consegna che fatturazione, ricevo una mail da dhl che mi conferma l'avvenuta consegna del mio pacchetto presso un punto di ritiro (non richiesto e a mia insaputa). Interpreto la mail come un tentativo di truffa e segnalo. Il tracking risulta fermo al 17 giugno, arriva il 22 giugno, nulla. Sospetto dunque che davvero il pacchetto sia stato consegnato a quel negozio, contatto DHL, è così! Dopo aver pagato 12€ di spese di spedizione sono dovuta andare a ritirarlo in un indirizzo non mio! Contatto DHL e scaricano la responsabilità al sito, il sito mi rimpalla a DHL, insomma tutela inesistente, incompetenza,inefficienza e zero professionalità. E una cliente in meno.

This isn't the first time I've placed an order. But it's the first time, despite providing my address for both delivery and billing, that I received an email from DHL confirming that my package had been delivered to a collection point (unsolicited and without my knowledge). I interpreted the email as a scam and reported it. The tracking was stopped on June 17th, but it arrived on June 22nd, and nothing. I therefore suspected that the package was indeed delivered to that store. I contacted DHL, and that's exactly it! After paying €12 in shipping costs, I had to go and pick it up at an address that wasn't mine! I contacted DHL, and they blamed the website, which then passed the blame back to DHL. In short, non-existent protection, incompetence, inefficiency, and zero professionalism. And one less customer.

Ho acquistato una felpa l'8 dicembre, hanno incassato i soldi, mi hanno inviato la mail di conferma e tutto sembrava filare liscio. Consegna attesa tra il 23 e il 26 dicembre. Tenendo conto del periodo caldo ho considerato dei ritardi, mettiamoci anche lo sciopero dei corrieri in quei giorni! Ok, merce mai arrivata. Contatto il servizio clienti e mi dicono che i tempi erano scaduti. Intanto si sono presi i miei soldi e la merce non l'ho mai ricevuta!!!! Credo si tratti di una truffa.

My first time ever ordering from TS. I bought the Lover Cardigan and after wearing for only a couple hours the sleeve stitching started to unravel. $75 was pretty steep so I decided to go with a refund. My original form of payment was no longer a valid card. The refund was issued to said card. After contacting customer support, they said it was fine since it was still the same bank account. This is false information and still have yet to revieve the refund. They told me to contact my bank institution, which is ridiculous. A friend of mine bought me the ring and the top of it came right off. Her order was past the 30 days so she couldnt return or refund. Terrible quality products which is sad.

Ordered two hoodies and a pair of earrings on 28th November for my daughter’s birthday on the 19th December. Messaged a week before to be told that the warehouse were on it. Then told that one hoodie was out of stock (because it took so long to pick my order). Still nothing arrived. Messaged again to be given the same message that the warehouse were picking it. How hard is it to grab two hoodies and a pair of earrings, put them in a box and post them. I’m sure it doesn’t take 3 weeks! They never arrived for her birthday and doesn’t look like it’s coming for Christmas. Absolute waste of space

Company is unresponsive and unwilling to correct shipping address issues, sending merch to the wrong state and requesting that if I want my money back, to travel to said state and return it. Even though it hasn't even left the facility yet.

Ordered a vinyl disc that wasn't to be shipped until Dec. 19 on Nov. 24, one hour later I tried to add items to order to save on shipping but they said I couldn't. Don't see why seeing how the first item wasn't going to be shipped for three weeks.

Very poor communications with the Taylor Swift store. Pathetic! Taylor, do something about it! Questions submitted were evaded. Then they were not answered. Very simple questions! What's going on with the low reviews and the terrible service?

My order has been stuck in New Berlin, WI for 3 days with no movement and customer service won’t respond to my requests for them to investigate.

I placed my first order on Taylor's website & ordered a Speak now black tee shirt featuring Taylor's face on it from her Speak Now Taylor's Verison album. It arrived & it was ordered as a birthday present, I ordered it in advance to be presented as a gift when it was given to the intended person we immediately noticed a large split/crack down the graphic part of Taylor's shoulder. This shirt cost was $36.00 I payed $36.00 for a crappy, split shirt that looks worn already. I was told that because it was past 30 days ago since it's been delivered they won't do anything about it! This was my first order, before I noticed that I placed my
2nd order, containing her new Life of a Showgirl CD back in August. I pre-ordered it & it supposedly shipped 4 days ago. 3 days AFTER its been released for anyone to hear & go buy in stores its STILL NOT HERE!! Then last night Taylor's drops this same album 4 more times only adding acoustic
versions of the same songs?! I've been a lifelong Swiftie but this feels like a HUGE slap in the face. I put all my money into pre-ordering this album just to still not have it & now not have all versions. & now I'm left with a crappy used looking shirt for $36.00. I will NEVER order another thing from Taylor Swift again. She is really starting to look like another greedy cash grabbing billionaire.

Honestly hardly any tax for the UK store order form her not 1 but 2 time brilliant shipping I love her and her fair prices

I placed many orders but on the LAST one (ever) they charged me $160 on TWO different credit cards that were on file. If they had sent two orders I wouldn’t have minded but they sent ONE order then denied they had double charged me even though I sent copies of both banks charges. They told me to get it back from the bank but the TS website got the money.

Very good service and quality

Ordered merchandise and the 3rd party delivery vendor (FedEx). Fed ex delivered to an incorrect address and said the seller provided an incorrect address. As such my merchandise was sent to a complete stranger and the website customer service team refused to help saying it was a Fed Ex issue. Will not purchase from them again.
