My daughter bought a Lover cardigan, the money was deducted and the cardigan was never received. When we contact customer service UK they say it is customer service USA that has the order. That customer service just doesn't respond. Report it as fraud to the bank now.

Such a disappointing experience ordering from here. The whole family is massive Taylor swift fans and having spent thousands on mech and concerts this has left a real sour taste in my mouth to a point I just feel like not supporting her in the future ! Having been unable to order through the UK website due to issues with their own stores I was forced to purchase through the US website, assuming wrongly that the price would be the same… have ended up paying almost £200 more than the UK website and worst of all my cardigans are now held at customs and I am being forced now to pay another £65 “customs charge” to have them released when I already paid customs and VAT when ordering which was extortionate already ! Overall I’ve ended up paying £450 for £280 worth of cardigans… contacted customer service and they were unhelpful and simply said I can refuse to pay it and they would be sent back, I can’t have 4 disappointed Taylor swift fans by not receiving them now ! So have had to swallow paying a stupid amount of money for something that was already very expensive ! Horrible experience and would strongly advise ordering from this website especially if you are not from the US as they don’t help and just seems like they care about nothing other than sucking money from people… AWFUL

Looking at all these other reviews is actually shocking, I find it alarming and surprising that such a massive star would allow a company representation linked to their name to behave in such a manner and have such bad publicity, the level of customer service needs to be addressed and can only hope that one of Taylor swift’s representatives is alerted to this disgusting behaviour and addresses the issues as this is damaging to her reputation !

I ordered a hoodie from here, the original price of which was over 100 dollars. The shipping was over a month late, and, when it arrived, it was covered in blue fuzz. I tried it on and it absolutely covered me with a whole layer of it. It was also ridiculously over-sized, much more so than other 'over-sized' clothing (i.e., it went past my knees; who is this fitting???). I contacted CS, and, after more than a month again, they responded saying the product was what was intended, with no other feedback other than I could return it if I wanted (at my own expense). The amount of money I paid for what is actual garbage is unbelievable. Lost respect for Taylor here.

I bought the Taylor Swift Eras charger because my wife wanted it for one of her Xmas gifts. When she opened it on Xmas and tried to use it the charger didn’t work. I requested a charger that works since the one I was sent doesn’t or a refund of the purchase plus shipping costs. I was given the run around after emailing with customer service several times until I was eventually told that all sales of this item were final. I never agreed to purchase a defective charger. If I had known it was defective there wouldn’t have been a purchase. The company should make this right. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. Buyer beware!!

They send my order to the wrong address, told me to sort it out myself with the shipping company and refused to replace the item or give the money back. Their customer service team is non existant - I spoke to 3 different people, no one willing to help. It could have been resolved so easily if they only wanted to actually work. They should all be fired and replaced with people who actually want to work. Especially Josh and Jessica really dont want to work!! Beyond a joke!!!! I will have them reported for GDPR breach (they have shared someone else's personal details with me and mine with the other person) and get my money booked back by my bank. STAY AWAY -no matter how much of a Swiftie you are!

Ordered a bejeweled ring, I am in Europe and they have sent from the UK so had to pay customs. The ring is an extremely bad and cheap quality trash from Bangladesh, it was like 30 EUR but in reality worth around 3 EUR. Even the box quality is cheap trash, I wish I would have checked the reviews first, but I trusted her merch store but this is kind of the worst I have ever seen. The only way to send it back is to send it back to the UK, they want registered post which is a fortune, so basically I won't get my money back.
Terrible scam, avoid at all costs.

I haven't bought anything from here but my sister has. She bought the midnights Cardigan for 100 euros. The cardigan was bad quality and my 10 euro fake cardigan were better quality. And i had my sweater in my cart and i was about to pay when it just said: Item out of stock which made me really angry. Pls make the webside better

First i tried to order signed CDs,wouldn't let me then today tried to buy some Christmas baubles same again “says problem with payment Method”..tried Changing address didn’t work tried changing payment method still didn’t work… Contacted the help, which wasn’t much help just kept Stating the obvious..then the items sold out…so Don’t bother with the customer care cause they’re completely useless..

Ik heb een cardigan besteld en heb een trui ontvangen. €88 lichter en een simpele trui verder. 10 mails gestuurd naar de klantenservice maar geen reactie. Verder geen contact gegevens kunnen vinden.

Ordered a cardigan, arrived a few days later and was completely the wrong size- not even close! Advised they don’t do exchanges but I’ve returned for a refund. Love Taylor’s approach and values but reading the reviews here, I’m not alone in my frustration. Obviously this is a terrible operation for fans to have to deal with.

I ordered a package from Taylor Swift site and unfortunately the package seemed to be lost during shipping. When I reached out for customer service I was shocked by their response, because I was 4 days late past their 30 days policy notification window, they refused to offer me any service or assistance whatsoever. They wouldn’t even try to track the package or contact the shipping company on my behalf or offer any other solutions. I understand policies exist for a reason, but im still expecting a little flexibility, and an effort to help a loyal fan would have gone a long way. Instead im left feeling dismissed and frustrated.
A company that represents an artist like Taylor Swift that is known to care very much about her fans, should treat their people better. I hope they consider their rigid approach to customer service. Im incredibly disappointed and unfortunately won't purchase from them again out of fear to be treated like this again.

This is a scam site, ordered and paid for the cardigan which with delivery cost €100. They sent out a cheap hoodie in the wrong size! No return label, no label on hoodie. Do not reply to emails and no customer contact number. Scam site - avoid at all costs! Throw your money down the drain instead!!! Disgraceful!!!!

Never ordered off the site before. so ordered a few records....first order never came said was handed to courier but tracking never updated so was resent out ....and guess what same thing happened again they gave a refund...but was not the full refund. I know with companies can get the odd bad delivery but twice in a row not a good sign.

Ticketmaster and Liverpool FC manage to ruin dreams with usual QR mess up. Valid tickets costing £800. Missed half the concert.just a shambles

Ordered a vinyl, got a cracked cd instead. Zero solutions, they basically stole my money. For the absurd amount of money that she has, I’m disappointed she can scam her fans like that and not put more effort in better merch. She has the means to do better.
