I've downloaded several games
I've downloaded several games, both through Swagbucks & Bestplay & all the apps I downloaded don't show up to be playable. I've followed their download instructions impeccably & they still get screwed up. I've sent requests for help, but nothing ever happens. I will not use them again!
Customer service not doing a thing....
After many games not being detected as installed, I finally managed to make one work.
I achieved the first milestone and it was correctly rewarded but the I achieved the next 3 but didn't get any rewards.
I've been contacting the customer services for two days now, again and again and it keeps telling me "we’re unable to award this milestone because the completion did not meet the requirements for rewarding" which is completely wrong. I did it, I showed the screenshots to prove it, again and again and I get the same automatic answer everytime.
My screenshots shows the game in French, could it be why their bots can't identify it ocrrectly?
A real agent doing its job properly would be greatly appreciated.

Scam company. In breach of a court order against them. Report them.
This is my previous email and it explains all to help others. They are breach court courts. They block communication and make you do work with no reward. You cant get much worse from a company. Ethically apps and companies should not work with or invest with them. I wouldnt trust anyone that does.
Dear Tapjoy Support / Compliance Team,
I am writing regarding my unresolved reward for completing the Township offer, in which I reached Level 51 and provided all requested evidence. Despite fully complying with the offer requirements, my reward has not been issued.
I have now spent over three weeks attempting to resolve this matter. During this time, I have experienced the following:
* Repeated instructions to contact customer support through tabs or pages that are blocked and inaccessible, despite being told this is the only way to communicate.
* Multiple support tickets being closed without resolution, followed by instructions to reopen new tickets through links that do not work.
* Repetitive, AI and automated responses that do not address the evidence I have already submitted.
* Being told I have done something wrong without any clear explanation or proof, and then being asked to restart the same process again.
I want to make it clear that I have reviewed the FTC Final Order against Tapjoy, Inc. (Docket No. C-4740). Based on that order, Tapjoy is required to:
1. Not misrepresent that consumers will receive a reward when they complete an offer.
2. Promptly investigate complaints where rewards are not delivered as promised.
3. Provide an easy-to-use method for consumers to submit and resolve support requests, without unnecessary barriers.
4. Stop offering or continuing offers when there is evidence that rewards are not being properly issued.
5. Not unfairly delay, deny, or obstruct consumers from receiving earned rewards.
Your current handling of my case appears to violate these obligations, particularly by:
* Preventing effective access to customer support,
* Failing to meaningfully investigate my completed offer.
* Repeatedly closing tickets without resolution.
* Refusing to issue a reward that was clearly earned.
This situation has caused me significant stress. Tapjoy is aware that I have a neurological/brain disorder, which makes prolonged, circular, and inaccessible support processes especially difficult. Continuing to delay and deflect resolution under these circumstances is deeply concerning.
I am requesting the following immediately:
* A proper manual review of my completed Township Level 51 offer using the evidence already provided.
* Issuance of the promised reward without further delay or a clear, specific written explanation (not automated) detailing why the reward is being denied.
* A single, functional point of contact to resolve this matter without being forced to reopen inaccessible or closed tickets.
Please consider this a formal notice that I believe Tapjoy is not complying with the FTC Final Order in my case. I hope to resolve this directly and promptly without further escalation.

On June 3, 2026, I completed an offer on their platform that required purchasing the "Michael / Chest of Diamonds" package in the game Puzzles & Conquest for a total value of $54.11 USD. In exchange, Tapjoy promised to credit 116,333 emeralds immediately to my Hero Wars: Alliance account to progress in a critical, time-sensitive event. I never received my reward.I have an open customer support ticket (#5694347) currently under "Reward Requested" status. I have provided an impeccable file with bulletproof digital evidence, including:The official Google Play receipt with Transaction ID: GPA.3339-2440-9404-10718 for $54.11 USD.My verified in-game Gamer ID: 1265875764.My registered email address successfully verified through their security system.Complete screenshots of the completed milestone in Puzzles & Conquest and the urgent progress status in Hero Wars.Despite having all the evidence in their hands, Tapjoy's support team acts with complete and absolute indifference. This is their system's mistake, not mine. They are ignoring my messages for days, refusing to perform a manual credit while the limited-time in-game event expires. They keep the commissions from the advertisers and steal real money from the players.I demand the immediate delivery of my legitimate reward. A scam
Sometimes they pay out, but most of the time they don't.
When you submit a ticket to claim the emeralds you've earned by completing tasks, they often respond by accusing you of violating their rules without providing any evidence or explanation.
It makes no sense.
For example, I successfully completed two tasks and received the rewards, which clearly means I was eligible. But when I completed the next task with a higher reward, I was suddenly told that I had violated the rules. Which rules exactly?
If I had actually broken the rules, why was I rewarded for the previous tasks?
It feels like their strategy is to let users complete tasks and then deny the rewards when the payout becomes significant.
I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.

Failure to pay large rewards
If you do any research on tapjoy online you can see endless reviews on how tapjoy will pay low level rewards just fine and then come up with every excuse under the sun to not pay the large rewards. Last year I got one of the large rewards and it actually worked out pretty well. This year I decided to try the same with Township and when I hit level 70 and was supposed to be rewarded for reaching level 70 they didn't pay out and when I opened a support case I got a generic response saying "We regret to inform you that your issue was found to be ineligible for the reward, due to the following: Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services." Conversation #5653085 Even after I opened a second ticket asking for an explanation they just generically gave me the same thing.
5/26 update: Tapjoy threw Township under the bus and said it is their fault the rewards aren't working. If that really is the case I kind of feel bad for this review but from my perspective there really is no way to know what the truth is.
5/27 update: Tapjoy has continued to only spam the same responses over and over and over again no matter what I ask. Doing more research apparently this was a big issue getting reported to the FTC a while back so I did my part and filed a complaint with the FTC that tapjoy is back at their old game again. Talking with Township support they refuse to even try to look into anything Tapjoy related which seems sketchy in and of itself since Township clearly pays Tapjoy for their services.
6/3 update I made a case with the BBB on 5/30 over this incident. As of yesterday I received the rewards I was missing and today I accepted the resolution on my case with the BBB.

They dont payout large rewards. Completed several offers for pocket fm. The small rewards of several coins were near instant. The large rewards of several thousand coins, the offers that u spent money on and set up monthly subscriptions for, they did not pay. Support said my proof(screenshots, receipts)wasn't proof enough.

Glitches and no response from TapJoy
So, I have been playing Mergedom. I like the game. But there has been an ongoing issue. When you need to charge something, like the lightning bolts or anything on the board to merge stuff, it doesn't work. I tried getting more charges done, I watch all the ads, and it does nothing. I have reached out too the company 6 times about this issue, and no responses. If there is a server issue, it should be posted on the game warning us players about a glitch. Give the gamers a heads up at least.
I really hope they are not turning out too be like JustPlay and do not respond and act like scammers. However, when you complete a mission, the money is much higher than JustPlay. Hence why I keep playing.
So please, respond too your gamers, fix the glitches and make things fun again. Seeing all the 1* is not a good image for the company. They should be correcting the issues and responding.
STOP BEING IGNORANT TAPJOY.

Disgrace of a company. No support at all, i opened a ticket because i completed a campaign but didn‘t get rewarded. I had screenshots as a proof which i sent in after a lot of generic AI conversation. The only response i got was basically „We will close your case, do not send in edited screenshots or screenshots from the internet“. Thanks for nothing „Carlos“, worst „support“ i ever witnessed.
Missing Rewards for MU: Dark Epoch Offer (Shakes & Fidget)
I participated in a Tapjoy offer to earn mushrooms for Shakes & Fidget by playing the game MU: Dark Epoch. However, even though I have reached level 140 in MU: Dark Epoch, I only received the rewards up to level 75. I did not receive the rewards for reaching levels 98, 112, and 129.
I have strictly followed all the terms and conditions and have not done anything to violate the rules.

DENIED AGAIN Tapjoy tasks for an offer…
I completed Tapjoy tasks for an offer (puzzles & survival) to receive gems for Sunshine Island and initially received rewards with no issues on this particular offer. Then my rewards suddenly stopped, and Tapjoy claimed I had “violated policy” but refused to clearly explain what policy or what I supposedly did wrong.
After repeatedly getting vague copy-paste responses, I investigated the issue myself and discovered my location settings were incorrect. This was an honest mistake, not intentional, and I corrected it immediately once I realized it.
Even after explaining this, I was still denied rewards and given no real explanation or resolution. Also I repeatedly asked if future rewards were going to be auto denied. I was never given an answer meanwhile with offer being timed I had continued playing. I also contacted the game developers (New Moon) and was simply told it was an “external offerwall” issue and they could not help.
The most frustrating part was being sent in circles by Tapjoy, ending in wasted time, effort, as well as financial loss. Ultimately nobody would provide transparency or actual support. A complete failure in customer service and support.

Support is a bunch of criminals. I wish I would've looked at the reviews on here first, I wouldn't have made such a bad decision by trusting them. They might help if you're trying to get a dollar or so, but anything more and they'll lie and ban you from their platform, so they won't have to pay you. The worst part is, even the "partners" they have know that they are pathetic scammers. Pretty sad, when a company pays Tapjoy to advertise, than tapjoy takes their money and the customers that completes the offer. Tapjoy employees must believe so much Integrity and honesty. Thats sarcasm!! Ive been ripped off so many times by these? whatever they are. Just read the reviews. Don't be sucked into this companys poor marketing and disgraceful business practices.
