Today I phoned Swan with a problem I had with my carpet cleaner . The lovely Diane helped sort the problem. She sorted me out with a new part free of charge !!! No questions about how long I had had the product just sorted it !!!!!!

2 slice Toaster wouldn't recommend
Bought a Swan Toaster and it looks great but the sides and top gets very hot. Be careful!
Unfortunately I cannot find my POP so I have to suffer the loss and replace it.

I ordered a swan air fryer in early…
I ordered a swan air fryer in early July
I sent emails to find out where it was to get an email on 10th August to tell me they were out of stock so would give me my money back into bank account.
I still had not received my refund so emailed on 27th August to find out where my refund was and they told me they hadn’t done it right but was fixing that day.
Today 28th still not in my bank and have now been told it will take upto 14 days to be in my bank.
This is not good enough I will definitely never use them again.

Unfortunately, the delay was due to an error on our part, and we sincerely apologise that this was not identified and resolved sooner. We appreciate that being asked to wait a further 14 days for your money to reach your account is far from the experience you should have received.

Exceptionl customer service. The measuring cup from my egg cooker had broken.
I emailed to ask if I could purchase a replacement & they said it wasn't in stock, but they took the trouble of contacting the warehouse. A replacement was received within a few days with no charge.

Avoid at all cost from this Lying thieving Company
What can I say about this company after ordering something through Amazon and it was delivered to the wrong door through the Delivery company Evri Swan still upheld Evri‘s Delivery photos saying that it was delivered to the right door even even if it was a ground floor flat and I live on the third and submitting photo evidence they still refuse to refund . I will never order anything from this company again and this will be one of many reviews on other sites that I leave . Just replying to the message that Swan sent me you trusted a company that has a very very bad reputation on Trustpilot and other review sites EVRI and even though I told you that that was not the apartment of where the Delivery should’ve gone through Evri photo you still took their side and just fobbed us off saying it was delivered so I will not be changing my review. I standby with what I said and I will never ever buy anything from your company again.
