Nope. Don’t do it
Nope! Imagine this, my old fridge I purchased second hand and lasted me 15 years. I purchased this one and just 3 years later - it’s broken. No misuse, just a normal person using a fridge. After a year all the drawers started to crack. After two years, I have chunks missing in the plastic where it broke. Over heating, leaking, over frosting constantly. Terríble.

My swan carpet cleaner had broke
My swan carpet cleaner had broke, I assumed it was the tank. Got in contact with the support team and they sent me a replacement part straight away. I was wrong and that was not the part that had broken and got in contact with support again with them sending me a brand new one. Thanks again for your help I will be buying products from you again.

Swan retro fridge freezer- poor quality and irreparable
Bought Swan retro fridge freezer for over £550. Looked after it and it’s immaculate. After just 3 yrs it broke. I was willing to pay for repairs as out of warranty but Swan didn’t want to know. Wouldn’t send anyone out. Tried to get me to send photos and fill out forms but even admitted that was just to put me off and they had no intentions of helping find anyone to repair it. Compressor gone after only 3 yrs. Dreadful after sales and quality.

Useless-Avoid at all cost
Cant comment on quality of products as I did not receive them. They use Yodel by Inpost who are a disgrace send you a delivery slot and do not appear. I cancelled my order to find out at 9am the following day the delivery would take place. After waiting again to no avail I saw the sender cancelled the order at 11am with no notification. Now they try and make out it is my fault

Having reviewed your order, we can see that when you contacted our Customer Service team, your order was still within the stated delivery timeframe. At your request, we therefore contacted the courier to arrange for the parcel to be stopped and returned to us, and a cancellation was subsequently processed.
We appreciate that you later contacted us to advise that you still wanted to receive the order. Unfortunately, by this point the cancellation and stop-and-return request had already been actioned with the courier and we were unable to intercept the parcel and reinstate the delivery.
As a result, a full refund has been processed for your order.
We’re sorry that the circumstances have resulted in such a frustrating experience. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any misunderstanding around the cancellation and subsequent delivery updates.

Swan Sensor Bin
The Swan sensor bin was a perfect match to my kitchen, that is why I kept replacing it when it broke. In the last 7 years I have had 5 identical bins and the sensor/hinges have failed on all of them, hence, lid won’t open. Two of the bins have been replaced via guarantee. The last one lasted just over a year. That is the finish, my next bin will certainly not be a Swan Retro that’s for sure. Would not recommend.

To Tanya, Customer ‘Support’ Team:
Why on earth did you waste so much of our time searching for proof of purchase, changing batteries, taking photos/videos, answering questions etc etc etc only to tell us what we already knew? I told you what the problem was with all five bins - sensor/bracket. This is certainly not ‘support’ and this has simply infuriated us. For you to say thanks for being a loyal customer but the problem is a faulty lid and the bin is out of guarantee. Beyond belief!
Worst customer support we have ever had!

This cooler is great at cooling
This cooler is great at cooling , I put small water bottles frozen in water works better and ice ,and cold water from fridge, how ever my only criticism is iam always cleaning and emptying the bucket but keep getting a dampness stour smell , I've took out filter and cleaned it still happing should be a mental kind of filter so can be cleaned properly can't get in filter to fragile so have to be careful cleaning it .

My dirtmaster stopped working and Sarah…
My dirtmaster stopped working and Sarah from customer service was fantastic. Sorted out the situation and I have a new one coming in the post! I will say I use this product daily and it’s amazing. I was gutted that it just stopped working. But swan are replacing so soon be back to cleaning my floors!

Swan appliances
Tried to purchase a washing machine drain pump as ours leaked , apparently they don't do spares outside of 1 year warranty , appalling after sales service read by a Moron using a script , AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS ! Most unhelpful gave me a number for a premium phone line as products made under licence and that company said we don't do spare parts "guess what ? " outside of warranty , here we go again round in circles ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!
Awaiting generic response statement , as they've had my money they're not bothered so that's all I'll get back in response !
