I would have given this company 5 star - quality product, prompt despatch and arrived on time by DX.
But could not give it 5 star, because I asked for a business account (that I got) and my quote for £112 ex vat of goods had a handling charge of £75 ex vat which was outrageous.
As a consequence, placed my order as a non business buyer for the wire mesh fencing and nothing else. They have now lost out on a lot of my future business as I shall be buying most things from a more local wholesale supplier.
A real shame.

Absolutely disgusting service. Placed order on the 2nd of january and we are now on the 24th of January and still no sign of any order. The lady thats dealing with this said that they are out of stock until the 10th of january.She then offered me a slot for delivery (Friday the 24th) witch was inconvenient for me as I would be at work al day, They said i have to be at home and help offload my small order and that two people had to be there on arrival to help with offloading a few posts of the truck witch I've never come across this ridiculous situation before.I said i was happy to wait for Saturday the 25th of january but they said they couldnt do this date as there was no delivery availability on this date.Im still waiting on a response on exactly when I will recieve my order!!! So its now looking like ive got too wait a further 2-3 weeks for an available slot on Saturday morning now so in total I will of waited 5-6 weeks for delivery of my goods.I hate to think what the quality is going to be like after reading 100s of bad reviews about poor quality from this cowboy company!!!!

Interesting. I called to make my order as I wanted to make sure I had all the right parts needed for the job. When I said what I needed I got a fairly flippant comment of "and how can I help with that?", said in a way like "why are you calling me?". Not helpful, so I went somewhere else.

I ordered 2 x 850kg bags of chipped slate. The delivery was on a Sunday morning, just a few days after I placed my order. Customer services were very helpful and answered my queries about the delivery - I needed the bags lifted on to my driveway and they confirmed this was OK.
The delivery driver, Dan was polite and helpful and ensured that the bags were placed exactly where I needed them. The tracking system is excellent so I knew exactly when the driver would arrive and could move my car out of the way. There was also an option to call the driver if necessary.
I'm very happy with the product, customer service, and delivery and would definitely use Sure Green again.

UTTERLY GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Initially orded 1*10m which came with pegs. Great product. So good, I ordered two - 2*10m for the rest of the garden. Previous came with pegs. Pictures on this product show pegs! No option to choose pegs(apparantly I need 200). Took day off to instal. Product arrived. NO PEGS. Rang supplier - was told I was wrong. Supplier CANNOT ACCCESS WWW. or Amazon Website?? Stayed on line and asked to speak to someone else. Was told they do not sell the product without the pegs and did not know how to order them seperatly. Asked for a call back. No one called. Rang again and asked for a manager. Girl told me that they would only deal with me through Amazon. Asked for a manager. Told manager would call me back. NO manager called. I called again. Told manager in meeting but she would call be back after 4pm. NO CALL. Rang today Mondaty - no answer, system said they would call me back- Someone called me back....said they would get the manager. Manager not available, but would call me back in 5 minutes. Got back to me in 15 mins VIA Amazon. Again, they say I am wrong. If I want 200 pins from them, its 4 packs of 50 at a total cost of 55.48. I ordered them. They had to set up an account because I had not ordered directly frolm them. SO....CONCLUSION:- 1) Support cannot access Amazon. 2) There is NO OPTION to order pegs on the AMAZON page. 3) It costs me extrta money and a days work to get here. 4) I had to call the company over 6 times to get what I needed. 5) I was told you could not order these pins without the roll. Very confusing. Lots of my time watsed and an extra 55.48 - They did not charge for delivery. 6) Manager wont speak to me except through Amazon. (Amazon rules?) So, I wont speak to the manager except through TrustPilot. My rules.

After visiting the Sure green depot on 26th August 2024 and speaking to David I returned home and placed a large order.
over a week went by and I heard nothing so called to see when I could expect delivery as I was waiting to get on with building raised beds in the garden. I was told they hadn't enough sleepers in stock and that they would be here in 2 weeks.
I had paid for 54 sleepers of which some I had paid £5 each to have them cut in half.
They sent me a delivery of 19 sleepers on 8th Sept and the ones that I had paid to have cut, so they would be exact for joining were abysmal. They looked like a apprentice had cut them by hand and my husband had to recut them to level.
On 20th Sept I had a web chat with David to ask for an update as 2 weeks had passed and i had heard nothing. I was told that the stock is expected in early next week but can still give my no promise of when to expect them. Had i have known they had no stock I would have purchased elsewhere.

Ordered 7 B Grade and 3 A Grade Oak sleepers.
Took 4 days to prepare the order during which time I added some more items onto the order. Honestly the B Grade sleepers are just as nice as the A Grade, save one or two negligible splits and silvering on one side. The products supplied are better than anticipated.

Originally I used a discount code when paying for the order. They added the discount to the items that I added later after placing the order.

Their tracking of the HIAB is second to none, Suregreen are their own delivery as well as supplier - this makes all the difference. The delivery driver was so extremely nice and friendly that I was sad to see him go.

This has been the greatest large scale order and delivery experience I've ever had, and I would pay extra for it even if they weren't the best price at the time! Can't recommend Suregreen enough.

On 2 occasions they delivered to wrong address.lucky enough the driver phoned me on first attempt as he could not find the incorrect address he had been given by his secretary and I directed to my site.The delivery was delivered late Saturday afternoon when the secretary asked me the option and I chose a week day delivery and she said ok.
The second time I asked for some more supplies they sent it to wrong address again and now more than a week it’s still not arrived.
The very funny thing is when I phoned the first time the secretary checked my previous orders from last year to the correct address but yet couldn’t link it together .
When I phoned in couple of days ago to find out where my order is I got more ag from Adrian in the office as he said there’s no record of previous orders to the address I gave him until the penny dropped and I had to help him put my company name into his system and it was all there for him to see in black and white.
Seems like very deliberate mistakes without care by the secretary in the office.
I must say that before this Sure-Green have always been reliable so we have to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Excellent customer service by Mia after courier [DX] messed up the delivery of my order.

Avoid. Delays on initial delivery. Then delivered with no notice despite us contacting them to update contact details. Products delivered of very poor standard. They have replaced the sleepers with ones of slightly better standard. They have then send a driver to collect the others again without notice on the correct number. Just awful products and awful communication. Highly recommend avoiding. See below the quality of the oak sleepers. Reading the reviews and seeing other pictures feel trade getting the best products. Also appear to be removing negative reviews for products on their website

Great Price, free delivery and Steve who delivered the sleepers couldn’t have been more helpful. He positioned them over my garden fence where I wanted them. I would definitely use this company again

An update on my original review and one star rating. I want to be fair to Suregreen who have eventually refunded the delivery charge for my delayed order. Following on from the Company's response to my review, it took another four emails from me before this was achieved.
It seems that the intentions of Suregreen are fine but they need to be much more proactive in communicating with customers.

I ordered 1000 bamboo pegs on Tuesday 2 July with a stated delivery of 2 to 5 working days. There was nothing which indicated these were not in stock. By Saturday 6 July, the order had not been despatched so I asked when it would be. The reply said stock had arrived late Friday 5 July afternoon and that the order would be despatched on Monday 8 July morning. It wasn't. I received a despatch notification on Tuesday 9 July morning although the order was not collected by the courier until Wednesday 10 July. When it had not arrived with me by late on Thursday 11 July, now 7 working days after I placed the order, I complained by email, suggesting Suregreen should refund the £12 delivery fee. They have not replied.
My complaints are that:
1) I should have been notified that the bamboo pegs were out of stock before I ordered.
2) Suregreen should have communicated with me about a revised delivery date and ensured that I was happy to accept a change in the terms of sale.
3) The delivery charge was excessive given Suregreen uses the cheapest courier service (the national postal service could have delivered this parcel within a guaranteed 48 hours for £6.59).
4) Suregreen seems oblivious to its own contract terms.
5) The company seems unable to deal with issues fairly and transparently.

Hopeless!

Haven’t answered an enquiry and now I need to shop elsewhere

The product is 1st class and the speedy delivery, second to none.
If you want quality products & excellent delivery, choose to deal with this company. I highly recommend them & definitely would use them again for fuss free transactions.

So pleased with suregreen . There carrier delivered to the wrong address and they were fantastic. They refunded my delivery costs and I really appreciate their attention to detail. I definitely will use again.

Ordered from this site as they were reasonably priced and there was an introductory discount. All went well to start with as I received a call after a couple of days arranging delivery for a few days later. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email advising me that the delivery wouldn't be happening as there was a problem with the lorry. No further communication from them, so I had to ring them up to chase the delivery status. He confirmed delivery would be taking place days later as they weren't in the area until then, this was then out of their time delivery frame but they wouldn't do anything to compensate us as we had an original discount. On the day of the rescheduled delivery, there were no email updates and so another call had to be made. Eventually a tracking email was sent out but didn't update for hours. When it did update, it showed that the sleepers were still on the lorry that they had been all week and they were having to transfer them to another mode of transport. The order did eventually arrive that day but still outside of their delivery time frame. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this site again and a lot of the reviews that are bad, are about their delivery.

Thank you for the exceptional service with the delivery of my sleepers today, I got up and was expecting a call of message to say the delivery would arrive at a certain time only to walk out of my door and find them on my driveway. I am retired and do not get up until 8 am so for them to be delivered and not even hear the delivery driver or have to be there is pretty impressive.

Excellent product and swift delivery. Really impressed with the whole process from ordering to receiving the Galvanised Welded Wire Panel | 12 Gauge | 6ft x 3ft | 3" x 1" Holes. I'd had a problem finding exactly what I needed until I discovered Suregreen Limited. Big thank you to everyone at the company.
