Nothing as expected or delivered as ordered.
The product advertised is not that clear, meaning that the number of boards I ordered was half of what I needed. I could possibly accept this as my fault but unfortunately the delivery was wrong too.
None of the arris rail brackets arrived and not all of the fence posts were delivered. I needed them for the weekend, so had to go to a local supplier, defeating the object of ordering online. No compensation offered, just a refund of missing item payment (and had to ask for that).
Almost forgot, the items that did arrive were poorly packed and just pushed towards the back of the truck. Glad my wife was not left to unload.

Personally I will never use them again.
I ordered fencing from this company because I wanted quality panels that would last well. There are panels available for less than half the price of the ones I ordered but I wanted good quality panels that would last a long time so was happy to pay a premium. When I ordered from them it said delivery in 3 to 5 days. After 5 working days I contacted them as I'd received nothing. I was told my order hadn't even been made up yet and they'd let me know by email when it was ready to leave. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place? When the product did finally arrive, I wasn't happy with the quality of one of the fencing panels. I immediately contacted customer services but was told that they didn't believe it was an issue. After a few more email exchanges I was getting nowhere. After spending over £600 with this company I expected better. Personally I will never use them again. I'll finish the rest of my garden with fencing from somewhere local where I can view the panels before paying for them.

Gabions and Stone delivered on time
This is my second purchase from Suregreen for Gabion Stone for a garden project, the first being Gabions and Gabion Stone. Both are good quality and value.
The order process is very straightforward with quick delivery times, and the tracking provides real time updates on the delivery day.
The delivery Drivers Stevo (1st Delivery) and Simon 2nd Delivery were experts with the crane and able to place the Bulk bags on my Drive exactly where required .
I recommend Suregreen for a easy order process and quality products delivered with care.

Order number 1037817 included broken posts. Delivery driver agreed and sent photod back to head office. I sent photos same day. Almost two weeks later and not heard a peep from them.
Edit - contrary to the reply below, i emailed the company at 14:46 on 28 May 2025. I did not receive a bounceback message and there was no suggestion that the email address was not monitored etc., so that message must have gone somewhere.

Unreliable product (sleepers) do not use
I have unfortunately had a bad experience with this company and cannot recommend. We ordered 6 oak sleepers, described on the website as being of “superior quality”. The quality of what was sent to us was so poor we could not accept the delivery. Having sent an image back to the company, they said they could refund us the order, but only if we paid the delivery which was over £200. Customer services noted that the website says there may be differences between sleepers due to it being a natural product, focusing on splits and wavy edges. Three of the six were vastly different colours and one was clearly an old piece of wood. Whilst three were ok, we were not permitted to split the order and keep those.
There is no way any professional landscaper would accept the other three in a garden project. Two weeks on I am still waiting for my refund.

It is with huge regret
It is with huge regret, I am having to write this review. I was supposed to receive my delivery today. I received an email to track pod, which I have been tracking all morning. When the driver was approximately 10 mins from my home near Hanger Lane Gyratory junction North Circular Road and A40, the driver missed his turning and continued on A40 towards Oxford. He then turned on to A312 and continued past Heathrow Airport towards Feltham Chertsey and along that direction. Well away from my home in Wembley. Suddenly he reported that he was unable to deliver my order and logged out of Track-Pod placing details of an address in Sunbury near Ludlow Open Space. This is an absolute lie and the driver was either drunk or something must be wrong? Clearly, James was lost and instead of returning to the correct address shown on trackpod, he chose to turn back to Suregreen depot? I am amazed with this completely dishonest claim he was unable to deliver! What a blatant lie. For the records I have screenshot of details posted which clearly indicates this lie. Disgusting!

Kept informed and good service
Kept informed of delivery progress, used the tracking that was available and everything arrived as ordered on time. Gavin was very polite and checked the order with me after unloading, used Suregreen a number of times and always have had good service.

Unfortunately not had the best experience. Ordered some wire fence and various bits like posts to fit. Delivery said 3-5 days. What it doesn’t say is they order the wire fence in and once they have it it’s 3-5 days delivery.
I’d received no updates or notifications for a week, rang up to find the wire fence had arrived to them damaged and had been reordered. No comms to me.
Rang again to find out how it was getting on the following week as still no updates despite them promising. They had the new fence, I had to ask them to upgrade delivery to their ‘express’ service. No offer despite the delay.
Order finally arrived the following week with the wrong height wire fence. So they ordering again. Goodness knows how long it will take, pointed out I was yet to receive an apology, and there has been not offer of any good will.
Bit of a nightmare, had builders here ready to put it in with their other jobs and weren’t able to, so not sure when it will get done now.
Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service and poor comms. If you have any kind of time line I’d avoid.

Unfortunately the product wasn't to standard, clearly a bad batch but the customer services were very quick to sort it after a couple of photos and wasn't like most companies that just say send it back.
Would happily use them again with that service knowing if there would be any issues they would happily sort it more then most do so really can't complain at that.

Online ordering was straightforward.. unfortunately not everything I needed was in stock so I compromised as I could at least fulfil my requirements. Prices were competitive and most importantly avaliable and delivered within a week, by a very helpful and friendly driver. Will use again

Ordered mesh fence panels 5 came damaged so sent pictures and asked them to collect and replace as no one ever answers the phone I was then asked to take more pictures individual as they were now questioning me to if there was really 5 damaged! even though I asked them to collect them and take them , they accused me of taking a picture of the same panels!
If you think this is how you treat a customer you’re wrong!

Regarding the wire mesh panels, I’m sorry to hear they arrived damaged. I’d like to help get this sorted for you. We can arrange a free collection if the items are damaged - based on the photos, we could see damage on at least one panel. The issue was that it was hard to assess the others properly, as the photos only clearly showed the damage on that one.
We were absolutely happy to arrange a collection or replacement for that panel, and just asked for a few more pictures of the rest so we could understand what we’re dealing with and sort things properly. Please understand that we were not accusing you of sending the same panel multiple times - it’s just that we need to be sure in order to get the right solution in place.
Really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I’d like to get this resolved for you as soon as we can. If you wish to get back in touch, please do. I hope to hear from you soon.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered 1.2m steel pins that measure 1.1m and are totally unsuitable for the job - one was also bent. Seven messages later and 6 photos later, I am still getting no resolution. I have the option of paying an £8 fee for courier (the pins cost £19.50) or continuing this farcical 'customer service' experience. I am now being asked "how do we know it was bent when you received it?" I am at the end of my tether and have never encountered such an unhelpful company. Avoid!

It was myself that you were dealing with, and I absolutely resent your review.
I simply requested additional information and asked you to measure the pins correctly, which you failed to do. Had this been actioned upon first request, there would not have been multiple exchanges between us.
Furthermore, I made it clear that although another agent had quoted the standard £8 collection fee—set by the couriers we are contracted with—I was open to discussing this further once you provided the requested information.
At no point did I ask, "How do we know it was bent when you received it?" To clarify, I stated that it was difficult to ascertain when the pin was bent, which was a general remark about potential damage in transit. You chose to interpret this as a personal accusation, which it was not.
I repeatedly explained that I was here to help, but I required the correct measurements in order to escalate this to the supplier or the relevant internal department for review.
You were able to provide photographic evidence of the ‘incorrect size.’ However, when asked to measure from the correct reference points, you became difficult and rude—both to myself and to other members of staff.
I stand by my handling of this matter, and I will not tolerate unwarranted accusations. If you are willing to approach this reasonably, I am still open to resolving the issue.
