Discovered the company on line and was impressed with the setup and range of products when I visited to collect 3 railway sleepers. Adrian very helpful in setting up an account.

Absolutely great service with products fairly priced, delivery was great giving tracking of delivery driver and expected delivery time, driver very helpful asking where I wanted my item putting in my garage so no hassle whatsoever.

2 separate attempts to order just one item - both failed. Initial order 23rd August - then a second order (same single item) abandoned 12th Sept. The courier being blamed but the courier didn't even receive the item to deliver on the second occasion. Suregreen seem to have problems with dispatch (this order was via Amazon) and their customer service is inconsistent, unhelpful and unashamedly false. A company where any effort to resolve a problem is seemingly of no interest. I wish I had something positive to say - I suppose they refunded quickly...

An apology appreciated - revised as expectation is this company can do something to improve.

Delivery was promised 28th or 29th August, now changed to 3rd September, 4 days after the event has finished. Refund and returns policy, at my cost?

No hesitation in recommending this company. Good quality sleepers at a very competitive price. Helpful tracking app meant we could see in real time where the delivery was. The friendly driver unloaded the pallet over a fence in a tight area exactly where we needed it. Paperwork was emailed the same day.

Reasonable price, free delivery and swiftly dealt with and delivered.

Like a previous reviewer the service has been excellent and the online live delivery information superb. It makes such a difference to know very accurately when large items will arrive.

This was my 2nd order with this company as I was impressed with the service and products from the first order. Delivery drivers have been very efficient and pleasant. The live tracking of the delivery lorry is excellent. Haven’t checked the panels yet but have no reason to doubt the quality based on my first order.

20/08/2025: Due to being asked to verify my review by TrustPilot on behalf of Suregreen, I've updated it as follows to give more specifics, I hope this helps.

Good website and a nice range of products. We ordered 2 lengths of timber at £8.39 directly from Suregreen because it seemed more cost effective than Amazon.

Delivery was expensive at £12.00 (so not actually cheaper than Amazon because on Amazon the price absorbed the shipping cost) but it was a quick delivery by Evri and we're happy with the timber.

However a couple of days later, my husband and I were in the process of ordering a pack of 10 timber at £42.00 this time on the website, but we saw that the shipping cost went up from £12.00 to £25.00. Yes, I'm of course aware that the delivery cost would be more because of the larger quality ordered, but it seemed a lot of an increase to us in our opinion.

We then noticed it said on a website banner that if we spent £100.00 then we'd get free delivery, but this didn't work as we expected because on adding gravel to our timber order, this made the shipping cost increase to over £120! Very bizarre!

Deciding it was more difficult and expensive than it should be we choose not to bother to place any further order after all because the shipping cost wasn't consistent and actually trying to get the free delivery seemed quite confusingly elusive and changed every time we tweaked our order! I guess it could be a computer system algorithm glitch that has caused this issue, but it was getting too frustrating for us to continue with trying to order. Maybe Suregreen ought to look into that!

We chose to shop elsewhere and we're happy we did because we found a much more reasonable supplier with a consistent 'blanket' shipping cost, no matter what the quantity ordered was!

I don't think we'll order from them again.

22/08/2025: My answer to Victoria at Suregreen: Thank for your explanation reply, it does all sound rather confusing. Anyway in answer to your question, my husband was trying to order the 20 kg bags.

I can honestly say, I have never dealt with a more prompt & efficient delivery service, (and I run a Courier & Light Haulage Company 😂).
Notification was given at 5am with an exact delivery time, (3+ hours later).
Tracking of the truck was very precise, (no stops at Greggs enroute 😉).
My home is not the easiest to access, (new rabbit warren estate), the bin men frequently miss us because it's so tight.
Sure-Greens driver Wayne easily negotiated the obstacles, (I think he must play video games), and pulled up within 3 feet of my house & driveway.
After a brief minute or two , he was set up to use his hi-ab to unload the sleepers I had purchased.
The sleepers performed a magical pirouette, (like a ballerina in Swan lake), and flew up the driveway before gracefully landing like a leaf on water.
Wayne was very polite, (even smiling 😃), and certainly a great ambassador for the Company.
5* or 10 out of 10 for Sure-Green.
I would definitely recommend & definitely use again!

I purchased a roll of wire mesh from Suregreen via Amazon. The product wasn't suitable and needed to be returned. Suregreen are one of the very few sellers on Amazon that charge for returns. This wouldn't be a problem if it was made clear at the point of purchase. The mesh was returned at a cost of £13. Dpd sent me confirmation of delivery back to Suregreen on the Friday along with a picture. I contacted the company to ask that they issue my refund..... they then asked for proof of return, despite dpd showing the item delivered onto their premises. The package contained the barcode that needed to be printed off to identify its origin. I have been chasing Suregreen every day since its return for my refund, nothing!.

They have replied advising me of how busy they are... the worst thing any customer services can ever say to a client as all your saying is " everyone else is more important than you"

Buy elsewhere if you are looking for any products that Suregreen sell. If you buy via Amazon be aware they don't provide free returns and the return of your money will be way down the list of their priorities

Great service, easy to use web site and very helpful staff when phoned for information about my order.
Also great experience with delivery driver; very friendly and careful with goods. Dropped goods just where I asked them to.

Positives: nicely laid out website so ordering was nice and easy and they were helpful initialy in assisting with the order on the phone. The other is that the refunding my money was quick.

Negative:
I am only giving them 1 star due to their lack of communication and for wasting my time.

My order was to be delivered within 2-5 working days so contractors can fit them in. On the phone they told me my order will be delivered midweek the following week. 9 days (8th working day) later no news so I called them. Was told delivery will be now in another 5 days later (Total 14 days to make fence boards and deliver). I explained my contractors would have finished their work and left by then. So their customer operative said they will speak to their delivery team for an earlier delivery and get back to me. No call back yet again. Late afternoon that same day I kept calling until someone answered only to be told the fella I had spoken to had gone home. I simply complained about their lack of communication and failure to deliver on time and cancelled the order.

The lady was helpful and cancelled the order on the phone and a credit memo was sent via email. Having looking at it carefully it had the full amount for one of the product and not the second. As it was late in the day I sent an email explaining it with the reciept. Which was then followed up with confirmation of the refund for the 2nd product.

In a nutshell another company that makes to fences to order like SG took my order on that same Friday after cancelling and now delivering the fences and gravel boards on Tuesday.

Really poor customer service.

Really easy to order what we needed, delivery was trackable and arrived at expected time and date (a Sunday) - driver was courteous and helped us unload

id like t talk to you about a small order we usually place later in the year. 8ft &6ft & 4ft canes arrived quick delivery spot on. However many of my members complained that theyd found splits in the canes bottoms, would it be possible to wrap them in thick bubble wrap at the farm? in order to avoid damage - were they held on end or dragged vertically anywhere? and some of the bundles were less than 100? I had noticed these two defects when making the bundles upto to ten canes for sale. The quality of some them was a bit off - insect damage in a few right in the middle which if I hadnt noticed couldve caused an accident because the soil was quite hard this year and you have to push the canes into the soil by hand. As a lot of spurs down the shafts of most canes. We tend not to remove all these in case it weakens the cane, these might come into contact with the members hands right in the fleshy part! ''Must wear gloves when handling'', as I believe used to have natural deadly poisons - cyanide - in.

Other than that Id have to say the price when i bought them wasnt too bad. I looked again and for 8ft 2.4M is that a retail price - £180 per hundred. Can you give me any discount please for a third year customer returning to you, Id be buying bundles of 100 t keep quality up in 18-20 mm canes if you do them for 2000 total canes. But please ensure I get 2000 canes please a lot of the bundles (100 canes in a bundle) were less than 100 by 6 or so canes.

What we do them at is half way between last years price times the number we have remaining and next years times the number we ordered.
assuming all are saleable. For profit - we dont look to make a lot as an N4P association store RHS Aff. but every section needs to make a bit towards our overheads a percentage. (5-10%) on what we pay you.plus vat. If that slips cos your price is too high i will have to look elsewhere to bring it within that for our members. who are mostly elderly pensioners. Please advise me when is the best time to order in the year to get them at cheapest price?
were on our last bundle already and we had a few left over contributed towards this years sales. Some had to go in the recycling bin though as more insect damage two years ago. so your improving.
