Great Solar Company and Professional
We were looking for a solar company and found Sunrun wow what a great company. They were professional and very knowledgeable and were also able to help us save on a new roof. Everyone was professional and kept our property clean and neat during our installation. Now we are saving $$$ off our electricity bill and staying green with our solar. Highly recommend Sunrun

I love Sunrun Solar!
Sunrun has fantastic customer service. I had the most wonderful communication with them. I've never had a company automatically stay in touch with you for the duration of the State of California approvals process which can be several months. The guys who did the installation were great. Everything was on time and it all works. Best of all my bill is now $144 a month instead of $500 a month! Top notch company. Use them!

It was so easy
It was so easy. The sales guy had a run in with a competitor and remained calm while the competitor did not and had to be asked to leave the property! They guided me through getting my roof redone, the only issue there was I was not prepared for the amount of plywood needed due to the tongue and groove roof which they didn't know until the old roof was off. Not their fault, it's an old house and the inside made it look like it was plywood. Just got my first bill for $1. I can't complain!

Improper installation caused battery to…
Improper installation caused battery to fail. Took several weeks and an email to Mary Powell CEO to get the replacement battery. Received run around from sales and project Mgr for 3 weeks about replacement battery. It took almost 4 weeks from ComEd approval to get system operating.

Horrible follow-through and customer service …
Horrible follow-through and customer service! Takes weeks to get anything accomplished for any step of the process. I should have cancelled prior to install but didn’t cause I was granted a year of free electricity. But now I’ve waited a month to see how that will be paid to us.

Install team was great
Install team was great! Very informative and kept me up to date on where they were in the process. If and when I ever have upgrades or have friends doing install would request this team be assigned to the job.

Hi Julius
Hi Julius, I've contacted both the Freedom Forever representative and a SCE representative to find out why I am receiving a bill from SCE for 346 kwh that I used this month. I was under the impression that the batteries would supply my electrical needs during time we're not generating. According to the data from the Sunrun app, we generated 1473 kwh and used 512. Your rep told me to call SCE to see if there was something wrong with the meter. SCE tells me that somehow the energy I need during non-generation hrs. is not coming to me and therefore they are transmitting electricity. I was also told by the rep that sold me the solar, that we would not incur any bill from SCE for usage (just taxes and fees). Could there be a disconnect to us not getting the power from the batteries when we need it. It seems like the system is supplying more than triple the amount we need?
Did I send this to the right person? If not, whom do I address my concern?

Having the opportunity to experience and help save our planet by using the sun for energy my wife and i have found we can save by using the app for showing power consumption we have not changed our life allot but changing for the planets sake. We are very happy.
