DEFECTIVE GATEWAY AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE

My Gateway got defective exactly 2 months and half after my warranty expired and software upgrade. I ending up purchased a new gateway out of my pocket thinking that will make the process goes quicker since I found outbthe system had been off since January. When scheduling the install, I heard that they schedule me all the way in June 2026 which is 3 months from now. I cannot believe that a big company like enphase, has barely any tech to get onsite especially when you have the system already in hand. The system is not complicated, I can easily set it up myself with the tech support on the phone, they claim no and I havevto wait whenever they can get there.

Emphase Energy est un très bon outil…

Emphase Energy est un très bon outil informatique qui me permet de suivre journellement et mensuellement la production d'électricité de mes 8 panneaux photovoltaïques.
Suite à un changement de fournisseur internet, une technicienne m'a très bien conseillé pour remettre en service la passerelle d'Emphase.

I would give this company negative stars if I could - I'm wasting my time and money with this company and ALL BAD PROMISES! I paid for Enphase Home Care back on October 25 - since then, over 8 site visits and parts that are working are not re-ordered or replaced - even though EVERY phone call they state they are working on it and no worries, will jump on this and get it going - sorry about the mistakes. 5 different site guys have come to my property and Enphase Home care does not follow their directions - they sent them out. No return phone calls, missed appointments, no followup, parts not ordered after calling in over 4-5 times and they promise its going to get order, multplie lie, multiple people that dont help - support is only a few people - they are understaffed, (Shane, Katlyn, Admire, ect... none have done what they say they are - on on hold again - calling in now over 15 times and all they say is Im sorry and I promise I will get on this immediatley. It should never take this long or be ignored this badly!!
I paid for this service, and they have done nothing except run me around and make many promises and NEVER follow up!! Save your money and pay a private contractor -this is as close as you get to no support and a waste of time!

Het geplaatst Materiaal is goed er is wel is een storing maar het lost zich uit zich zelf weer op.
Echter ben ik al een maand bezig toegang te krijgen tot de app. Na het overlijden van mijn vrouw kon ik de app ook niet meer in. Ik krijg geen terug koppeling hier moet ik steeds zelf naar vragen. Het antwoord is dan meestal er word hard voor u gewerkt. Nou als je na een maand mij nog geen toegang kan verlenen tot jullie app werken ze daar echt niet hard.

Centrale installée depuis deux ans

Centrale installée depuis deux ans. Pas de problème. L'application a parfois quelques bugs mais globalement elle fonctionne très bien. Il est très utile de suivre notre production afin d'ajuster notre consommation électrique. Nous avons dû contacter le support technique récemment car nous avions des difficultés à reconnecter le système suite au remplacement de notre Box internet. Le technicien nous a très bien guidés afin de rétablir la connexion. Encore merci !

Top service

Had op één van de 6 zonnepanelen een communicatie storing : Sevice helpdesk gebeld.
Heeft ons systeem doorgemeten en.... alles gereset.
Communicatie probleem opgelost en systeem werkt als vanouds !
Werd smiddags terug gebeld door de Service helpdesk medewerker om te checken of alles naar behoren werkt.
Goede en snelle service, door knowhow en expertise !

Successfully connected to new internet WiFi!

Yesterday, Abhishek C A helped me to connect my Envoy gateway to my new internet wifi. I had problem with erasing the old recorded internet name and old password. I had been working on it for more than 4 hours but not able to access the gateway software. I was so frustrated and called Enphase help line. Abhishek answered my call and he was gentle and patient. He listened to my explanation and told me to be patient to follow steps he gave me. He was so knowledgeable and knows how to make me clearly understand what to do. In the end, we succeeded in changing the old data and input new internet name and password, which couldn’t be done through the apps. I am grateful for the help. Great work 👍👍

Happy Enphase Users!

We have been very happy with our System. Started out with Solar only, a few years later added Batteries, and just last week added a EV Charger. We have the whole enchilada and its working great!

Extremely disappointed

After over a week without solar power that I have heavily invested into and trusted in the brand name of Enphase- they are refusing to communicate any type of estimate estimated time of arrival for the need technician to come over to get my system back up working. It has been a horrendous experience. If they had the decency to communicate with me and let me know what’s going on. It would be understandable, but they are not doing this.

depuis le 10 03 2026 j'ai contacté le sav enphase pour une panne de batterie enphase AC.
malgré plusieurs relances je n'ai à ce jour pas de nouvelle du sav enphase ( 2 tickets ouvert).
