The updates we received on the progress on our system was very informative.

The Sunrun people have been terrific, truthful and helpful. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but the experience stayed smmoth.

Every company worked with Sunrun or referred by Sunrun met my expectation by far. Solar guy was fantastic especially Steve took charge and did excellent job as well as the electrician and roofers. All what can i say job well done.

Working with the entire team at Sunrun was a breeze and really a great experience from beginning to end. The sales process was easy and we were kept well informed along the way by the project management team. The crew that installed our system were friendly and efficient.

Moses, my sales rep, was great. Got me all the information and documents to sign quickly. SA tech was friendly and worked quickly. Install crew explained everything and worked hard at getting my install completed. Cleaned up after themselves. Kept up to date about activation.

Josue was exceptional when it comes to explaining everything in very detail. I like his confidence about his job and his experience with the company (SUNRUN). To be honest, at first I was very worried about the permits and county, but Josue and Jasmine made sure that everything was going to ok and everything went well.
My entire home is independently running on my new solar system throughout the day and in the night is covered by Tesla powerwall 3, and the best part is I had to pay $0 upfront to install this whole system!!! Thank you Sunrun and the team!!

When the Tesla Powerwall 3 fan ran constantly after installation, she coordinated a technician to trouble-shoot and get me a new battery. She was very prompt in replying back. Good communicator.,

I am coming up on my 3 year solarversary and have had a great experience with Sunrun. From the salesperson, to the installers and customer service there have been no issues. My inverter went out the first year and they knew about it and scheduled a replacement before I knew that there was an issue. I will always recommend Sunrun to friends and Family.

Experience job..very satisfied

My experience is great because it took less than 2 months for my solar system to be installed, inspected and up and running. It’s great feeling to have clean energy for use without having a large bill and that in the event of a power outage we won’t be affected.
