It was advertised as a GLASS bottom boat but it was a submarine without a glass bottom.
The submarine just had streep steps and very hard to negotiate
When we found out when we arrived at the port on Friday we tried to cancel but was unable as it needed 5 days notice of cancellation this as 2 of the party suffered from claustrophobia we have their tickets away

Hatten von Sa Coma aus eine Bootstour über 2,5 Stunden gebucht. Das Boot hatte zu Beginn 20 Minuten Verspätung, was noch OK ist. Gefahren sind wir dann aber tatsächlich nur 2 Stunden, anstatt der geworbenen 2,5 Stunden. Auf Nachfrage hin wurde kurz und knapp geantwortet, dass es nur ein Richtwert sei und man eine Rundfahrt gebucht hätte. Tatsächlich kam aber stark der Eindruck auf, dass man die Verspätung wieder eingefahren hat. Man hätte den Badestopp ja problemlos um 30 min verlängern können. Extrem negativ empfinde ich das Beschwerdemanagement von Sonbonoo, die uns hier kein entgegenkommen signalisiert haben.

Jack was an excellent host with a mix of humour and facts. It was over 3 hours well spent . Enjoyed by all 4 of us would highly recommend

Bardzo dziękuję za wodne żółte taxi. Korzystałam z przewozu na wyspę tabarka Bardzo miła obsługa nie ma problemu ze zmianą godziny powrotu. Taxi nawet cofnęła się aby zabrać nas z wyspy bo spóźniliśmy się o minutę. Serdecznie polecam.

Es wurde damit geworben, dass hier die besten Preise zu erzielen sind. Wir haben heute auf Mallorca eine Bootstour mit einem führerscheinfreien Boot, welches wir über sunbonoo gebucht hatten, gemacht.

Das hat ein deutliches Geschmäckle!!!

Sunbonoo took our money knowing full well it was high tide at 3pm and so the Blue Cave off Pollensa Port would be inaccessible.

We did not know this until we were already on the boat and out at sea. Red flag was when the skipper of Sea Adventure told us that they had "not looked at the weather forecast" that day but that "bad weather and choppy seas" might mean the cave was inaccessible. (Really? A professional operator not checking the forecast or tides?)

He took us to the cave and surprise, surprise, it was inaccessible and dangerous to enter -- not due to bad weather or choppy seas (sea was calm and weather good) but due to the high tide.

Anyone can google the tides in seconds - which we did when we got back to shore. Guess what? It was high tide at 3pm.

We snorkelled on the coastline instead, but this was not what we paid for. The skipper made an effort to tell us about the coastline and history etc. We snorkelled along the coast instead, but we already did this every day before the trip - and this was not what we paid 240 Euro for.

So this felt deliberately misleading and unethical -- false advertising -- taking our money and then pretending not to know until we were already on the boat out at sea. This left rather a bad taste to what should have been a lovely trip.

Complained to Sunbonoo & Sea Adventure afterwards but they already had our money and could care less. To add insult to injury they became abusive. I asked for the formal complaints procedure, name of their regulatory body and the name of their CEO -- and suddenly crickets!!! Don't make a similar mistake. Steer clear!

Avoid these scammer site. I have lost 200€ because of them.
I booked a canyoning trip in Chania on Sunbonoo with Yiannis Bromirakis 2 days before. The problem is that I had a stomach ache because of some bad food and the night before the trip I was feeling bad, I could not attend the canyoning. I contacted Sunbonoo and neither they or the guide were willing to give any form or partial refund or voucher, they simple took money. Avoid these scammers.

Ein super Ausflug mit dem privaten, modernen Minibus. Unschlagbar im Preis bei 4 Personen.
Es gab viel zu sehen, die Erklärungen zur Entwicklung Teneriffas waren interessant.
Ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.

Excursión en velero privado Gran Canaria, un gran día con la familia. Fácil de reservar, los billetes estaban disponibles en pocas horas, con una descripción precisa del punto de encuentro. El patrón era muy agradable y tenía mucha experiencia. ¡Lo volveremos a hacer!

The tour we booked via sunbonno had not actually been running for months. The tour operators had changed the itinerary and sunbonno hadn’t updated their website. Therefore; the tour we went on didn’t go to the location we’d paid for. Sunbonno thought it was ‘completely acceptable’ to just refund one out of 4 of us as a ‘gesture of good will’. They have now stopped answering my messages for a full refund. Don’t touch them !

Ich bin 61 Jahre und habe heute einen Surfkursus mit Christian und Lorenzo gemacht. Das war eine super schöne Erfahrung . Besonders Christian war sehr bemüht uns die richtigen Techniken beizubringen. Um richtig surfen zulernen muß man allerdings mehrere Tage einplanen.

Die Buchung unserer Offroad-Tour durch den Nationalpark Jandia im Süden Fuerteventuras klappte einwandfrei. Auf unsere Nachfragen kam eine superschnelle Antwort, und als wir im Anschluss an die Tour (mit Discovery Safari) Probleme gemeldet haben, nahm sunbonoo sofort Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen auf und engagierte sich als Vermittler. Sie machten einen guten Job.

Me and my grandma booked a boat tour in Gran Canaria for my moms Birthday . I Must say the process with the company sunbonoo was very difficult and I was very disappointed. In the description it said that there was a maximum of 4 person . We booked for 3 so there shouldn’t have been a problem . Suddenly the company said that it was minimum 4 even though it said different in their website . We then had to purchase another ticket to still be able to do the tour .
However : all of that was made up for by the totally friendly pair of skippers we had . Christopher and his wife Maria were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met . He picked us up and helped us get into the van , drive us there and told us a lot about the island. Then on the boat, his wife was the cutest . She brought us some aperitif and also something to eat and even offered to make some pictures of us during the trip . They turned out really really well !! All in all they really safed our experience with sunbonoo .

Wir hatten eine Aktivität gebucht, leider gab es Probleme in der Planung mit dem Anbieter. Der Support von Sunbonoo war sehr freundlich und konnte schnell eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anbieten. Danke!

Haben Sie mehrmals aufgefordert unseren Ausflug von der Seite zu nehmen. Keine Reaktion. Zeigen den Ausflug als nicht buchbar an, obwohl dieser buchbar ist. Der Ausflug findet statt. Sehr unprofessionell

Punctual brilliant coach hotel pick up and drop off at hotel. Super friendly tour guides. Only took an hour on boat crossing. 5 hours to spend in Marmaris. We were taken straight to a gold making factory, not pressured in purchasing, then to the Bazar market where they sell cheap clothing, ornaments jewlary. After a little shopping we opted to walk around the harbour and ancient castle. We were dropped back to hotel by 7pm

Era la primera vez que íbamos en un catamarán privado, ¡qué experiencia! Muy recomendable para toda la familia (somos once en total, tres generaciones). Piense en zapatos de vela si no le gusta andar descalzo.

Reservamos la opción de espectáculo más familiar y lo pasamos muy bien. Las entradas nos llegaron enseguida así que todo correcto.
