Seji gave us a great and speedy service. The report was comprehensive and easy-to-read

Bradley is a brilliant surveyor. He is extremely thorough and prepares the report promptly - both of which are crucial when surveying a home.

Stokemont recently carried out a survey on a property and Bradley was hugely helpful from instruction to phones calls after the survey was complete on the day giving us reassurance to proceed but also saving us thousands ahead of completion. The attention to detail and phones calls were hugely helpful to a very stress purchase.

Seyi provided excellent service. The report was detailed, communicated well, and was always very responsive.

The report captured all the esentials of a survey and greatly assisted me in my purchase negotiations. The icing on the cake was the short time it took to put it together and deliver it to me.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Seyi as my surveyor, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Seyi has an incredibly detailed mind, ensuring that every aspect of the survey was thoroughly examined and reported. His attention to detail is truly exceptional.

What stood out most was Seyi's willingness to answer all of my questions, no matter how small or complex. He took the time to explain his findings clearly and patiently, giving me the confidence and understanding I needed during the property buying process.

Excellent service from Bradley and Stokemont on a party wall adverse possession situation faced by a family member. From Stokement’s accurate, helpful and informative YouTube videos, I found their content details and received a same day call back from Bradley with vital advice on a threatened injunction. The advice also included a fixed price quote should any follow up work be needed. Delighted with the service and help - every bit as professional as their YouTube content. Thank you!

Not only was Bradley professional from start to finish he was able to fit us in with only 3 days notice. The whole process was extremely easy from start to finish and he produced the report the next working day. Stokemont are reasonably priced for a full level 3 survey and the report was very well detailed. We would certainly have no qualms in using Stokemont again in the future.

This is the second time I am using Stokemont surveyor. Both the first time and the second time, I had the opportunity to have Bradley as my surveyor. He was excellent the last time, hence I automatically use him again. He has kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He is efficient and gets the job done in good time. The emails are always pleasant and reassuring to read. The charging price is reasonable. I want people to know that this is genuine experience.
