Stokemont Anmeldelser

Very communicative and very thorough work

Very reliable, effective, fast and professional experience

I am a returning client of Stokemont, which is a professional company that delivered a thorough level 3 full house survey report. Surveyor Seyi did a great job and exceeded my expectations; the report is comprehensive and offered good advice. I would recommend Stokemont to my friends.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Despite being paid, he failed to come back and complete the survey and then ignored all correspondence.

Seyi was great through the process, from fast and efficient contact to liaising with the sellers and a quick turnaround of our Level 3 report, we had multiple properties surveyed and the same service for each one.

I hired Stokemont for a full Level 3 building survey on a flat I was purchasing in London. The turnaround was very quick and the report was extremely detailed — covering everything from minor cosmetic issues to more significant defects. Seyi flagged a gas supply issue that turned out to be significant, and without the survey I would not have known about it or been able to negotiate appropriate protection before exchange. As a first-time buyer I found the report really helpful and would strongly recommend Stokemont to anyone purchasing a property.

Bradley gives me professional advice, he has wide broad knowledge and hard working. Brilliant ! I highly recommend him and appreciate his service.

We would thoroughly recommend Stokemont to anybody requiring a boundary determination report. Having had a very poor experience with another firm of surveyors who promised a report in 10 days, but only managed an error-filled report in 30 days, Seyi Omogbehin promised a report within 5 days and delivered a very thorough, highly professional report within 2 days. Stokemont and Seyi in particular, provided an excellent service from start to finish.

Everything was extremely efficient - from the quote to booking the survey, sharing the the report. Seyi was extremely helpful with a number of follow up questions we had regarding the report. The whole experience was seamless.

I had a great experience working with Seyi at Stokemont Surveyors. The service was incredibly efficient, with a very quick turnaround time that exceeded my expectations.
Seyi was professional, responsive, and very understanding throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a high level of reliability and customer care.
I would highly recommend Stokemont Surveyors to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient surveying service.

Very quick and efficient turnaround for a party wall agreement, well communicated throughout.

Immensely impressed with Seyi from Stokemont over a property I was looking to buy with my family’s life savings. He undertook a detailed and thorough inspection and report that helped us make an informed decision. Seyi was polite, professional and understanding of all our needs and questions. Highly recommend!

I used Stokemont for a Licence to Alter service and had a great experience throughout the process. From the very beginning, they were clear and transparent at every step. They carefully reviewed all the necessary documents, quickly organized a detailed survey of the property, and efficiently prepared the Licence to Alter.
The team was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed during the entire process. I would definitely recommend their services.

I recently contracted Stokemont for a boundary surveying report, which was expertly prepared by Seyi Omogbehin. The report was comprehensive and incredibly detailed. I was very impressed with Seyi's professionalism, diligence, and expertise.
