Although the matter was not resolved immediately, I appreciate that it was properly investigated, clearly explained, and resolved professionally in the end.
The communication from Florin was helpful, transparent and solution-focused, and I am very satisfied with the final outcome and the way the situation was corrected.

Finally a loan company that really understands their customers expectations and needs, I had an issue recently where I received an unexpected charge but after reaching out to Daniel who explained Im great detail how the subscription charges worked I now understand to pay back in full my loan to avoid any unnecessary charges.
