Careful, app has issues
Something is going on with the app each time you on it. I have paid off in full my 300£ loan by accident and I wanted to contact customer service to cancel that. It says they have 24 hours to respond and no one has. I sent two emails and got no response. There is no contact number to be able to ring them. Until now I was kind of happy with them but now I got problem and seems like there is no support.

In some circumstances, after a loan has been settled, there is a short processing period before certain account actions can be completed. This is a standard part of our process and can temporarily restrict changes within the app.

Took out a £300 loan which I nevrt paid back and they have also added an extra £100 on top which I never took out, requested or recieved I now have 2 defaults on my credit score because of this company’s negligence and I will be reporting this to the FCO

Waiting times are a joke
I started a chat yesterday at 8.38 pm and I sent my documents so they can be reviewed and my account started. I understand that they're not operative at that time, but almost 24 hours later, at 7.45 pm my message hasn't been acknowledged yet. Ridiculous

Absolutely a joke
Absolutely a joke, god knows go they past or became registered with the FSA. This so called company needs looking into. Which I will do. They take you fee of £7 which you may have borrowed as a few days before payday, you click get advance, you don’t get it but disappears. Then it takes 24hrs for advance to become available but then you have to pay another £7 fee to obtain. Which considering the position we’re in. I would keep the £7 and sparingly try to get by. You will be in more trouble than using this company. Also customer service is nonexistent

We identified a technical issue that prevented your advance from being disbursed as expected. Once your case was reviewed by our team, the advance was cancelled and the fee you had paid was refunded.
We appreciate that this was a disappointing experience, particularly when you were expecting funds to arrive promptly. We also apologise for the delay in responding to your enquiry.
To clarify, the fee associated with our advance product is charged on a per-advance basis rather than as a monthly subscription. If a customer chooses to request a new advance following the cancellation of a previous one, a new fee would apply.
