The customer support was outstanding. Few things about ordering were questionable. However, I was taken care of on items that I truly wanted with the bike. Very easy to follow steps during the process. Seems to me they stand behind the priduct.

I was ready to place an order but was…
I was ready to place an order but was unsure about the specifics of the motorcycle. So, I submitted a question form on the website. Within a few minutes, I received a text message from a representative asking if I had time to chat. We had a 20-minute conversation where he provided suggestions, answered my questions, and then helped expedite my order from a local warehouse instead of waiting for delivery from Spain. The bike arrived within a week and was perfect.

J’ai reçu un appel de Benjamin (Team Stark) pour répondre à d’éventuelles questions — un suivi exemplaire.J’apprécie particulièrement SAM, l’assistant IA : c’est bien la première fois que je trouve un service client intelligent, réactif et réellement utile.La moto elle meme est aussi tres efficace bien que perfectible.

I love the Varg
I love the Varg, its an awesome enduro bike! Its easy to ride fast and the quality of the components is great. I had a breakdown last Sunday where the drive wouldnt engage. I was able to book a service call and trouble shoot over the phone and fix the software issue. Excellent service! I bought the bike from Clonmel Off Road in August '25 and highly recommend them too.

Bad initial buy experience
In general, I am super happy with the bike.
The way I was getting it was not that positiv. I ordered it on the official Stark Future Webside, where a delivery date of End November was shown. The delivery was then finally in late January. I wanted to have it at Christmas. I ordered it without mousse and the tires and additional futures that I wanted to get it earlier. With knowing the delivery is only in January I would have ordered all additional options... mousse, tires, and and...
after the first ride the tube in the front weel was damaged...
So with that the first experiance was not good, but the product I really like... Tires changed and mousse installed... ready to race now...

I informed them about this problem and expected them to replace my Stark phone, but this did not happen from your side. And today I was forced to buy a new device. This has disappointed me greatly.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration. After carefully reviewing your case, we were unable to identify the device mentioned as being part of the original equipment supplied with the motorcycle. The phone referenced is not a unit that is delivered with our bikes.
Additionally, in a subsequent communication, we received information indicating that the device had been lost during use. Because of these circumstances, we were unfortunately not in a position to proceed with a replacement under warranty.
We always aim to handle every situation fairly and transparently, and our support team remains available if you would like to discuss the matter further so we can clarify any remaining questions.

Moto magique !
Moto commandé par le biais de RC MOTORSPORT, je recommande le magasin pour son professionnalisme et la simplicité: moto livrée monté et prête à rouler!
Cette engin est tout simplement incroyable de facilité et d'efficacité ! Une arme dans les chemins techniques du Var, je passe là ou je jardinais avec ma thermique...le couple génial et la puissance paramétrable à volonté la rendent hyper efficace dans le technique. Le seul défaut que je pourrais lui trouver serait une autonomie limité en usage balade rapide, mais mon utilisation me permet de faire 70 km dans le lent/technique et je suis rincé (mais heureux !)en rentrant boire ma binouze à la maison!
Le fait d'évoluer sans faire de bruit et de voir l'intérêt et les sourires des gens croisé dans les chemins ne fait que de conforter mon choix pour cette engin nucléaire 😁!
L'avenir va s'écrire avec Stark Future dans notre sport...

Nous sommes ravis de lire que votre expérience avec RC MOTORSPORT a été à la hauteur, avec une moto livrée montée et prête à rouler, exactement comme cela doit être.
Quel plaisir de voir que la VARG vous permet de passer là où vous “jardiniez” auparavant ! Le couple instantané et la puissance entièrement paramétrable sont effectivement de véritables atouts dans le technique, surtout sur les chemins exigeants du Var.
Concernant l’autonomie, nous comprenons le point en usage plus rapide même si 70 km en technique avec le sourire, ça ressemble déjà à une belle sortie !
Et rouler en silence, voir les sourires et la curiosité des personnes croisées… c’est aussi ça, une nouvelle façon de vivre notre sport.

Je recherchais un nouveau challenge après de nombreuses années sur une moto thermique, et je ne suis pas déçu.
La Stark VARG m’a redonné envie de rouler.
La commande de pièces sur le site, avec livraison express, est géniale.
J’ai eu recours au SAV pour une toute petite pièce : j’ai reçu une réponse dans la journée et la pièce était dans ma boîte aux lettres sous 48 h.
Je ne reviendrai plus sur une thermique.

Just recently received my Varg SM and all there is to say is amazing. From the purchase process to the assembly after delivery and the support team help, everything was truly outstanding. You have a new happy customer ready for future purchases.
