They stole my money I ordered three spray backpacks for 33.83 never heard a thing from them I have a receipt and all

I paid for a product and they scammed me(they say that the parcel is about to be shipped,and this was 6 months ago and today it still says the same thing,I also wrote a lot of emails to their support team and they have responded to 3 of them with apologies and after the third email they stopped responding)

I order clothes april 23 2025 and it is now November 14 its a scam

If I could give Zero Stars I would. AVOID at all cost! They are thieves! Did not receive my item, one exchange with customer service said it would be a few more days. As those days came and went I reached out multiple times with no response. I asked to just refund and again silence!
It’s been months I still have no response or return. I will need to go through the bank to dispute 🙄

Product never came and zero communication has been two months still nothing.

SCAMMERS —- beware —- I order 2 items since June and it’s now OCTOBER was told the backpacks were stopped at customs and rejected on 9/24/25 that’s how long it took them to respond after multiple emails asking what’s going on as I was told 7-10 business days I’d recieve my items —- then in 9/24/25 I was told I’d be getting refunded and it will take 3-5 days and here we are 10/13/25 and no refund still I’ve emailed them on 10/04/25 and no reply —- scammers all the way please atay far far away unless you want to give away your hard earned money for free

Ordered some clothes for my son a few months ago (TikTok shop) and they still haven’t arrived and I’ve received no updates at all.
Surely the platform where they are advertising is responsible for vetting and assuring this type of action, or are they just happy to take the money whilst people get scammed.

My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's! Placed order & it took months, then told me customs wouldn't let product in as didn't meet standards which mind you sounds absolute crap as only jumpers, they then told me would have to wait another 10days for new product. I was then told same thing and so they would send me refund within 7 days. I'm still waiting for refund 2 months later. This company should be shut down, no idea how they can still scam people and live with themselves. The world has become a sad sad place... do not ever buy from these daylight robbery morons
