These guys rock

These guys rock. They get it. Look after the customer and they will be your best advocate.

I have had two Starks. Easily the best motorbikes I have every owned. Gives me 3 to 4 hours of technical enduro riding.

Have dealt with support a few times. They have been fantastic. Sorted out everything. Great communication, even though I know they are under the pump with volumes. A nice problem, it means they are very successful.

Shout out to Leonardo for his understanding and going beyond normal support expectations...

Super awesome bike but customer service I would give a negative score too

Super awesome bike. Best I’ve ever had but cmon it’s a multi million dollar company with no customer service call line… updated my phone and then it won’t connect to my bike now. Was supposed to race this weekend but I don’t have a functioning bike to ride. What a way to start the season with paid entry fees and no seat time. Only complaint is customer service

Over the last several months I was…

Over the last several months I was growing increasingly frustrated with the buying and delivery process that I had put a deposit on back in Oct 2025. When the delivery dates came and went, my frustration started turning into regret. I decided to contact Stark and found that communication with them was actually pretty good... if you reach out. My support rep "Leonardo" was transparent about what was going on and has frequently updated/checked back with me without having to email him for updates. I'll admit this process has been a roller coaster, but with Leonardo's communication/updates, I feel good about my decision purchasing the SM and I'm excited to have it in my driveway.

We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially after waiting so long and seeing estimated dates move. Your patience throughout this process truly means a lot to us.

To provide a bit more context, we experienced some delays with the first SM deliveries to the US due to the portable charger supply. We did not want to deliver bikes without the complete charging solution included, which unfortunately impacted delivery timing for some early orders.

At the same time, we’re very happy to hear that the communication and support from Leonardo helped restore your confidence and made the experience more transparent. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him, proactive communication and honest updates are exactly what we strive for.

Great service

This is the first time I've seen a bike with such a warranty and a company with such good service.
Extending the warranty on my Stark was the best decision I made.
Even for small things on the bike like a "broken footrest" they react instantly and send me a spare part at their expense.
I'm very satisfied and I keep recommending Stark to all my friends and those who meet me in the woods and ask about it. :)
Some of them already have their own.

I wanted to share my experience with…

I wanted to share my experience with the Stark Varg, because it truly is an amazing motorcycle.
From the very first moment I rode it, I felt a level of control that I had never experienced with any other bike. The handling is better, and the braking is much more precise and controlled.
Before this, I had always ridden KTM and Husqvarna bikes, equipped with WP Cone Valve suspension and the latest generation of high-performance engines. So I’m very familiar with top-level motorcycles.
In October, I bought my first used Stark Varg EX, and in January I bought another one, also used. After my neighbor tried it, he was so impressed that he went and bought a brand-new one himself. He’s extremely happy with it as well.
Of course, there have been some issues, but the customer service has been outstanding. Every problem was handled under warranty, with a level of ease and communication that I have never experienced with any other company.
For example, one motor broke, and it was replaced in just 8 days total — including 5 days for shipping. The installation only took about 3 hours of mechanical work, and I had a brand-new motor ready to go.
Another great thing is that anyone can ride it. Even my wife and daughter have used it — something I would never have allowed with my Husqvarna.
The customer service really is the best part: fast, clear communication and warranty parts arriving within 5–6 days. It’s fantastic.
Compared to other brands that dominate the market, I honestly don’t even want to comment.

Feedback on all elements.

Mark Vargus is a beauty. Huge help and very responsive in getting my wallet sorted.

The bike could use a few things.

1)The handle at the back of the seat is sharp and hurts your hand. I think the edge could be rounded without any downside.

2) Crawl mode prevents the bike from rolling back. I'd like to have that in a mode for climbing hills - and have the down button release it or something. An option to turn it on or off in the programming. The freewheeling backward is wild.

3) The ex rear light should be removable rather than in one giant integrated piece. Within 15hrs, the plate holder section is cracked. I'd like to preserve the light and just take it off.

4) Replacement skid plate, foam and rotor protectors aren't on the website. I'm sure my dealer could order them, but I think they should be easily found online under "Protection".

5) My fork tops out sometimes. I haven't adjusted the settings to try and prevent it yet, but it's all stock and probably shouldn't do that.

6) The phone maps - everyone I ride with tracks their ride and often uses that track to find the trail or measure how close we are to other trails we've ridden in the past. A feature like Gaia. If you ride hard enduro, the lap timing stuff is useless. I just want to track myself.

7) I think the bike is unbelievably premium feeling. Two places it could be more so - bullet throttle housing and bar ends. The bike will get dropped. No sense in fragile pieces on the bars or grips that get torn first ride.

8) The website video on taking off the plastics - it's missing 4 bolts for the ex. I figured it out, but the video needs an update or a second one for the ex.

9) Phone volume. It's preset to be as loud as possible. I can't figure out how to change that. Once it turns off, the default is full volume again. No bueno.

10) The hoodies are too expensive. I'd like a Stark Future mat to toss on the ground for changing on.

A hell of a bike. So happy to be riding one this year for the race season!

Your comments are extremely valuable. This is exactly the kind of real-world, rider-driven feedback that helps us improve, and many of the points you’ve raised are already being considered internally.

Regarding parts availability, the skid plate can currently be found under the Frame section and rotor protectors under Brake. That said, your suggestion to group these under a dedicated “Protection” category makes perfect sense and we’re already reviewing the entire parts section to make it more intuitive, including improvements like this and much more.

On navigation and ride tracking, we hear you. We are actively working on improvements in this area to better match how riders actually use their bikes in the field.

More broadly, feedback on durability, ergonomics, features like crawl mode behavior, and even content like tutorials is incredibly helpful, this is exactly how we continue refining the product.

J'ai acheté la MX 1.0 début Avril 2026, via leur site internet !

4 jours plus tard, elle est arrivé devant chez moi, le colis en parfait état, le tuto pour la monter hyper détaillé, en 1h30 dans mon salon avec leur caisse à outil livrée avec c'était plié (et je suis plus que novice en mécanique)

Les équipes + leur assistant IA vous débloquent un éventuel souci et sont disponibles facilement en cas de question ou dysfonctionnement (ayant acheté une chinoiserie thermique l'année d'avant, ça change la donne d'avoir un SAV réactif) !

Une fois montée, la moto est prête à rouler ⚡️
Pas de rodage, pas de bruit, super ludique, adaptative selon la puissance que vous lui autorisez, et c'est un régal sur circuit, on se sent de suite en confiance !!

My experience with Stark support over…

My experience with Stark support over the past two years has been consistently excellent. Every time I needed assistance, the team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with.

The only downside is the response time — replies usually come after about 24 hours, which can feel a bit slow when you need quick support.

Overall though, very positive experience and great customer service.
