I’ve purchased a camera and after 2 weeks it stop working , they send me another camera and this one I couldn’t register

I’ve owned multiple spypoint camera's unfortunately they all stop working. And customer support is a horrible. Always the same old answer “it’s your micro SD card”. Even if it’s brand new and formatted. There is a real issue with cameras lasting. Reporting to Better business bureau.
Their customer service is just about non-existent. There are very long delays when calling in or attempting to us chat features for help.
To take care of their longtime customers and fix the problems that are created
DO not buy a spy point camera! You will be sorry! I have 2 and both have went bad. The customer service is garbage and you can not understand a word they say. Do you have to ask me why?
Worst camera ever and even worse customer service. Left my number in the cue numerous time and have yet to receive a call back. I would not recommend this camera to anyone. What a waste of money.DO NOT BUT A SPYPOINT CAMERA
I have 4 micro LTE’s and a Flex. I live on a boat for a month at a time and I had batteries die in 2 cameras, no big deal but when a photo transmission plan renews on said cameras automatically I have a problem with that. I have gotten on the SPYPOINT website and turned the auto renew off several times “ I never turned auto pay on” and the next month it auto renewed again. I then called SPYPOINT and they turned it off… again it renewed automatically a few days later so I cancelled all my cameras and deleted my account and will notify by bank to stop any further payments if they continue. I will be pulling all 5 cameras when I get home and try to get rid of them, if I can’t, they will be used for target practice. I will not be using SPYPOINT anymore.
I bought two lm2 camera's one wouldn't work they sent me a new one that didn't work then I complained to cabelas they sent me two new ones they didn't work either hours on the phone nothing these cameras are junk wouldn't recommend any SPYPOINT product !!!
I purchased two Flex G-36 cameras the end of Sept. 19th, 2023 for my son and I. Youth opener in MN is Oct. 19th-22nd. Neither camera worked correctly. It took two "chats" with Spypoint Chat that pushed 5 hours to determined both cameras needed to be returned. I paid $30 for the unlimited photo plan. SpyPoint offered a refund (as they should), but here's the rub. They prorated my refund for services I wasn't receiving. I can't make that up. We were sent new cameras and received them in a few days. Being frustrated and not wanted to travel into the woods to be disappointed again, I set them up at home. Guess what, Neither camera transmitted photos according the settings selected. One camera didn't take a single picture. The cameras were in the kitchen where two teenagers have wore a path to the fridge. Tomorrow Oct 20th I will request they refund me 100% & fire their procurement team. Almost 4 weeks to the date of original purchase and 4 cameras in I will NEVER purchase a SpyPoint ANYTHING!
Put my cameras up 3 days ago and it say the camera has 50% signal and 100% battery but the camera doesn’t work. Doesn’t show up on gps but the one 200 yards away same exact camera shows up on gps. I contact customer service biggest waste of my time. They proceed to check the same exact thing I check only to say oh well here’s a case number.(I wish someway I could upload these photos of the conversation with their support) So for that reason I’m done buying these broke glitched corrupted cameras to only take a s**t in less than a year. Please don’t do what I did and buy them thinkin they are the best bang for your buck or anything just buy the good cameras and continue to get pictures. Now I have over a 300 mile give or take trip to make to jerk a camera out of the woods again that is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD and replace it with yet another new camera but solely this time it will not be with that Piece of s**t SPYPOINT.
I have had Spypoint cameras for 3+ years now and they start out great but go down hill rapidly. I started with the Link-Micro- 6820 and later bought a Link -S-Dark -NJQA solar backup. The solar camera went out after the first year, the Micro 6820 has stopped sending pictures. The latest problem is their agreement with Verizon and something has changed in our area. I switched to Wyze cameras and they are working much better with a wider view field. It also only costs about $100.00 per year for as many cameras as you can add. We currently have 4 working. You have to join their loyalty club to get a discount on your monthly at Spypoint which is over $200.00 per year for 1 camera and $96.00 per year for each after that.
Can't get a cust. Svc. rep on the phone.....Despite trying for months! Sometimes, greeting offers to take my number to call back....and other times greeting does not offer this option. On the one occasion I had to leave a number for a call back I got a call back some 12 hours later in the middle of the night. Another time......got a call while driving. Told the cust. svc. rep. that I would hurry home when I had camera in hand and he PROMISED to call back in 30 minutes. NO CALL BACK! Then tried to chat with them and got jerked around for an hour. Complete bafoon! One excuse after another, after another to not honor warranty. Spotted english. Laughing in background. Another call when got a call back spent 20 min. on phone and the entire time could hear people singing in background. She then put me on hold and never came back. I think they may be going out of business. Never buying again from these jerks! Paid up front for 12 mos. contact. Don't waste your money! My camera is under warranty.....but warranty is worthless. My case # "supposedly" is 02757461. Been going thru this with them for (4) mos!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! 2 of 4 cameras purchased last season do not work. I am trying to upgrade plan on existing working cameras but not able to do so due to technical issues/error message on their website. Trying to reach out to customer support continuously for last two days but no response and no call back. -CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE.Since no decision can be made, you may end up losing an important game.
Spypoint has the worst customer service ever & they have been charging me for a camera that I don't have. Been trying to get them to stop & refund my money & can't get anywhere with them. I will not purchase another Spypoint product!
These are horrible cameras! They work for one year then stop working. The pics that I actually got looked blurry pixely. If you pay for the scam HD photo it looks the same. Customer service is also horrible!! I tried live chat which nobody answers for a long time. Once they answer they are no help and will just stop chatting with you. Junk!!
Would rate a -10 ..I have an acct billed monthly…payment method was hacked and needed to change payment method on website to continue service during the rut….website won’t accept any new form of payments.Called customer service 3 days in a row to get same person, multiple lies,and no return calls as stated. Stated new payment method being blocked by bank cause international..just purchased a micro sd card on their website with card I was trying to use to update acct. Customer service woman says she only one there and can’t help..can’t tell me who to talk to but then hung up after did the hello? Are you there.quess we lost connection…wish I would have read reviews first. Now I have have a solar cellular camera during the rut and it doesn’t work with no help

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAMERAS FROM SPYPOINT!! Horrible cameras and customer service is even worse!! They literally read off the troubleshoot page that’s on the site and have no clue how the camera is suppose to work. No way they work directly for SPYPOINT. This doesn’t even deserve a 1-star..
Having an issue with Link micro. Attempting to make contact with customer support however due to longer than expected call volume no one is available to take my call for at least an hour. If I would like to leave my number a representative will make contact with within the hour. Four hours later no return call. I followed up again with same automated response.

What a joke to do business with. I signed up 3 spypoint for a special rate that they had going for a monthly fee of $7.50 per month. I was charged that amount. The second month came around and they went up to $10.00 per month. Who do y'all think you are to just charge a customer what ever fee you want to looks like I will just cancel my three camera and use them a a card camera only and purchase another plan from someone that dont lie to me. Sorry. Bye Bye
