Customer service are all foreign and can barely understand. Camera’s constantly have issues and will stop sending pics. Go with another camera
I would rate SPYPOINT a zero if they would let me. Every year there always an issue with my cameras. I have multiple cameras on different accounts and out of 5 cameras only 2 works. I just brought a new hoping it would be better but the housing is cracked out of the box. This has been the worst cameras I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their money on these cameras. I’m returning the new camera and throwing away the other ones. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. No one wants to help you fix the problem all they do is keep asking you the same questions over and over instead of fixing the problems. The sad part is they have your records from the past times you called and keep calling about the same problem and no one fixes anything. Lesson learn and a lot of money wasted but SPYPOINT cameras are garbage.
Bad cameras and even worse customer service! I spent over 2 hours on the phone the first time with no results only to be lied to several times. I would rate their customer service at zero stars if it were possible. I try to leave positive reviews whenever possible, but as a warning to other customers you might want to try a different company.
Really bad cameras.
After less then one year one out of two cameras doesn't work anymore.
Their sensibility is really bad. You can walk pass them without any reaction on photos even when highest sensibility is selected.
I live in Louisiana. Having a lot of trouble out of hogs. Spypoint cameras have been very helpful. I like the setup and the affordable plans. Any problems I have had with the cameras have been resolved by customer support as long as you are patient. Great product
Worst cameras on the market today. Not only do you have to use a credit card, not debit, for services. They also want you to pay a fee for them to update your cameras. witch has to happen once a year. please buy another brand. You will hate these. And the pictures are not very clear.

I really need to remember to check here when involving myself with a new business. Spypoint is one of the most egregious scumbag companies out there. They don't answer tech support emails, their phone number is hard to find, and when you do get someone on the phone, the experience is frustrating to say the least. As many others have mentioned, I just received a new camera, it's garbage, and they will not replace it. The dishonesty was quite blatant.
I initiated a credit card dispute, it's all that's left to do.
I will NEVER use SPYPOINT anything again. New camera will not communicate. I did all the troubleshooting recommended, then called customer service and chat line, only to get to the same place i was at before i called. Was told the camera needed latest update which may be true but how is it going to update if its not communicating? Now im on my 2nd set of batteries at $30.00 per set, and my 2nd Micro SD Card at $50.00 each per their suggestions. Now they are telling me if it dosent communicate in 24 hrs they will send me a new one. Got more money in Cards and Batteries than the camera is worth. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I'm in the UK. I use a lot of trailcams for security, wildlife watching and awareness, livestock monitoring (we are a real farm). I bought a spypoint to see how it compares. Answer: Badly
It wont send photos without a monthly subscription (other cameras just email and you can buy your own cheap SIM card). It wont take rechargable batteries. The SD card has to be the correct type of it doesnt work. So its a real waste of time and money to me.

Camera is a waste of money so it the yearly subscription. Left several messages trying to get camera back up Did everything they suggested. Not good customer service not good products. Won’t but again. Won’t recommend
I have several link micro trail cameras and several flex cameras.
The links have been nothing but problems. Not sending pictures, taking random photos, not communicating with the app.
The flexs’ aren’t much better as connectivity has been a struggle. I’ve chatted and talked to customer service so much and had so many issues I’m done with them. Throwing them in the trash.

Once again I have another brand new never been out of the box SPYPOINT product that will not work this time it’s a solar model I’m not going to get long winded but save your money don’t buy junk from a company who does not care about customers or it’s own reputation

They are terrible. They do not answer any calls. “Leave a message and we will call you back” it’s been days since I last heard from them. I want to cancel my account and instead am getting changed random fees I do not understand why. I would never advise anyone to use their services.
The camera takes tons of photos of wind on the least sensitive setting and eats quality batteries in 48 hours. Colossal pile of junk. DO NOT BUY!
I have 5 Spypoint cameras and overall I am pleased with them. My Flex took some of the coolest pictures I have ever had from a trail camera. However, one of my Flex cameras completely died after 6 months. My initial process was initially painless. In the chat, my issue was confirmed and I was sent an email with RMA for a replacement camera.
Then everything went haywire. I was getting emails about other cases that weren't mine. Wrong camera names. Then getting emails that they called me and I didn't answer but the number was wrong.
Clearly whoever Spypoint farmed out their CS to is multitasking (poorly) and confusing who and what they are focused on. It has been 14 days since my RMA and still no tracking number. I am a club member as well and it is still a goat rodeo. Spypoint better fix this quick or I am going to vote with my dollars.
I was contemplating purchasing Spy Point devices, had a few questions.
After multiple attempts to contact " customer service" I was able to connect with an representative. What a disappointing experience. It would appear Spy Point has gone the direction of contracting out their support, the tech support reps have little or no knowledge of the product. It would seem they work off a knowledge base on a computer, enter your question for a answer. I tried the " chat" even worse!
Spypoint relies on You Tube Tutorials for customer reference, not a good direction for this company.

My camera have did the same crap 2 years in a row a few weeks before season can’t communicate with cameras sometimes pic don’t come in one can got deleted off my account and stopped working period before turkey season and start back before deer season one cam outa 4 won’t load back up from last year and now the one that was took off my account some how won’t either but now it just kicks me to something went wrong just like hitting the camera icon something went wrong I’m have to say I’m gonna trash these cameras after turkey season

I done a chat on here with the CSR, KYLA does not need to be working in this line of business, She ask for my phone number and I sent it & not once did she say, Do you mine if I can check into this see what your issue or try to solved she just left the chat I had to ask was she still there, these company will still charge your account after you cancel and get insufficient charges and this how they do customers I will not come back next year. Will find a better source and they need to hire better work from home CSR, kyla I grade you as 000000000000
These cameras are designed to work only for 2 years the warranty period after that u can trash them SPYPOINT do care about you having to go hundreds of miles to get them to give you the bad news after taking all your time and money to troubleshoot them also these cameras are no good in weather and take on water inside them do not seal at all
