I have now owned 6 spypoint cams, (3 different editions). Every SPYPOINT camera made is complete trash. They all will stop working/sending photos which completely defeats the purpose. I’m only posting... Se mere

I would give them a 0 if I could. Customer service is a joke and the camera is junk. DO NOT BUY.
I have three cameras, two of which were replacements for one that was not communicating, now all three are not communicating. When I called support, they wanted me to go on my computer to do something and I said wait. I have three cameras not working. this is clearly more than just my issue. So I finally just said forget it. I’ll throw them in the garbage and I’ll buy somebody else’s.
We have had 3 cameras and all three are junk !!! They randomly take pictures of nothing and then soon as your warranty goes out your cameras are junk mise well throw they away !!!!
I would think twice before buying one of there spy point cameras there all junk !!! I would recommend stealth or browning they work great !!!!
And customer service is a joke unless you speak 10 different languages!!!!!!!!
A update to my last review. My camera functions were not working so I called customer service and chatted with a person who spoke broken English. I remember I did punch 1 to speak to someone in English. After asking my questions to agent she was vary vague about a solution to my problems. Said see was trained on the product .. absolutely not!! When are manufacturers going to stop making their customer service call centres in third world countries because it’s cheaper for them..

The solar panel would not charge so i put batteries in the camera drained in 3 days with 2 pictures the temperature said 102 on the camera when it was 67 degrees on the same camera 75 yds away charged the internal battery as well as i did the 1st time with the external batteries 4-5 days max with 20 pictures called customer service twice with no help and 3 hours on the phone there customer service is non existent now im dealing with cabelas because of there non existent warranty!
I’m having bad issues as well ! This is a replacement camera from SPYPOINT I had to beg them to let me return the first one , second camera worked well for awhile, now if I get pictures they may be from several days prior ! I’m showing 50% signal and 100% battery which is another problem I purchased the extension antenna to help it didn’t , bottom line I can’t use it where I want to hunt not much use to having it ! Tonight I’ve tried to go online SPYPOINT Support can’t get it to load ! This was supposed to be fun but nothing but aggravation !
I have tried upgrading my plan several times to get my pics, keeps saying try again, what use is this camera if I can't get the pics? I was a waste of $169 plus tax, I went through customer service online they said they reset the basic to try and solve the problem, it did not reset, they said refresh and I did, still does not work, the camera worked fine till the 100 photos ran out in less than a day, as far as I am concerned it doesn't matter how good the camera is if you can't access your pics its a piece of junk! its like saying an employee is good when he shows up to work but he calls off all the time. This website is useless!! Probably why they don't have a number to call!!
Ordered and paid for 2 SPLB-10 solar panels for my cameras on Aug 30, arrived September 12. Problem being there was only one panel in Fedex parcel. I contacted customer service only to be informed after 45 min or so that the “team” would have to review the claim. Friday 11:36pm EST. Denying my”claim” in essence calling me a liar. Outstanding customer service, i will be contacting credit card company and having charges reversed as I didn’t receive what i paid for. I will NEVER recommend Spypoint to anyone again.
Solar panels don't keep battery charged and photo transmission is basically intermittent with 90% cell reception.
And what is point of offering only 20 videos? That is used in 10 minutes if deer or moose stay in area. TOTALLY not worth the money and much better off with straight forward sd card cams.
I did a one year subscription spypoint it is now three years later they have taken over $250 out of my account. I have called them numerous of times this is the worst I’ve ever seen the cameras suck you might get one or two pictures out of it Slow never caught the animals completely the worst I’ve ever seen cuddy back Moultrie Bushnell if you want a real trail camera those are the ones you look at not spypoint and reveal best cameras I’ve ever used. I’ve tried to get my money back out of this place they will not refund your money .
Warning!!!! Do not spend your money on these Cams. I have 3. Micro lite and flex. All have not worked well since out of box and now 6moths none work at all. I've done all updates and have sd cards that are fine. Anyone saying these are good Cams,Is being paid to say so.. they are trash and spy point knows this. You have been warned. Get tactacam. They have some problems to . I have six. Only 1 has given me trouble. I'm not paid or sponsored buy anyone. Hard working folks need to know the truth. Spypoint is garbage.
I’ve had 2 SPYPOINT cameras leak after two years in field Was talked into a 3rd by SPYPOINT and it was a big mistake. The flex-S didn’t last 3 days in field before problems. I manually updated SD card which didn’t fix problem. I asked for refund. They gave me a partial refund and the money I paid for a yearlong cell plan they wouldn’t refund. SPYPOINT cameras are unreliable and SPYPOINT as a company is shady.
Absolute Garbage. bought a SPYPOINT® LM2 Cellular Trail Camera – Twin Pack
Camera worked 1st year. following year decided to ad a monthly subscription. wait over 2 hrs on the phone. After adding the plan. Camera stopped working. calling them during hunting season is not an option. called them to get the Camera ready before hunting starts and being told Camera is defective. They say it's out of warranty though it was in warranty the last time is registered a picture. They don't give a crap and tell me to buy another Camera. like I would buy another POS from them. Absolute garbage, crappy customer service. stay away.
Camera doesn't work. Paid for service and no pictures. Customer service was terrible. Was told it could be I used a bad SD card or wrong batteries, but the camera came with them. I tried to replace both, but nothing, I only asked for my refund of the service as I got no pictures and was told they would give me $3 in Spypoint dollars to buy a new one. I should have known as both micro minis I also bought didn't last a year. I will use the other cameras I have had luck with for 15 years and leave Spypoint alone!
Camera failed after 2 months. Chatted with customer service. Blamed on firmware update, then bad antenna. Said would ship one. After 8 days I chatted with them and they told me the antenna was on back order. Now they say it should be shipped in 3 days and take 10 days to receive it. Would not even discuss replacing camera
They obscure your picture so your forced to pay for HD. To be able to tell if it is a buck or doe. All other companies do not charge for a good picture.
Customer support does not help. I bought 3 cameras and one stopped working after 7 Months. But they do not want to replace the camera even though troubleshooting did not help and there is still warranty. Sending the camera back for repair is no option in their opinion. Why?
SCAM WARRANTY and ZERO value of "Insider club" in Europe!
Bought 4x Spypoint Micro-S-LTE and 2x Cell-Link.
After 9 to 15m two of the Micro-S-LTE stopped working and since I did not have ability to taken them in I had to wait to file the complaint to Spypoint. Both cameras was bought November 2022 and complaint filed June 2024 = less then two years.
After extensive testing and failure analysis with the Spypoint support who forced me to bring all 4x cameras back to test (two was working, two was dead) it turned out two LIT-10 battery that was included in the bundle was faulty.
Now, Spypoint then raise the topic that battery = accessory and is only covered one year.
After multiple contacts their only proposal is to buy two new LIT-10 from the spypoint.eu shop at 99.90EUR each! --> Spending 200EUR on new batteries, while the US website charge 32USD for "insider club" members.
I have had a camera for about a year. All of a sudden it stopped working. I know I had an internet problem so I called them. I chatted with 2 people and was hung up on twice and called to talk to someone who said he would call me back after I uploaded a video of my camera, said it probably needed to be replaced and never called me back
The camera is really badly made, it constantly leaks, I’ve had it replaced twice, and this third camera is just about working, though I can’t control it, it just sends an occasional picture when it feels like it!
It’s add on solar panel doesn’t seem to do anything, and I have to keep taking the camera battery out to recharge it.
Definitely avoid, this camera is junk!
