Trash don't weist your money on these
I have had two cameras and the plans were on an annual basis but I received 4 invoices they say were for additional overage on my annual unlimited plan. These were sent out same day on a duplicate basis. I got double tapped twice. They say they were in order. I don't trust them so I cancelled my account
I have 6 spypoint link micros. Three of them have quit this year and just outside of warranty period. Customer service is a JOKE!! Nothing but run around. One of the cameras hasnt worked right since i took it outa the box brand new. Im sick of wasting money on plans batteries and sd cards. Spypoint….im done with you.

I have had the same issues with the same camera since it was new. The problem has never been resolved. If you take it off the tree every 2 or three days and reboot it it works. Why buy a cell phone camera if you gotta go in the woods? It’s junk but they do not really care
The cameras last about two years and if it fails before the two-year warranty, customer service will have you adjust the camera until it completely fails and then they will not reimburse you for the camera or give me another camera. They hope that you give up, This way you have to pay your plan for the rest of the year without a camera. They won’t let you cancel once you have a plan you’re paying for that plan until the end of Yearly
Contract it is very frustrating. They have no loyalty and firmware updates all the time and the whole purpose is not to go into the woods to check your cameras instead you’re constantly trying to get your cameras to update the firmware. I was with them for eight years frustrating and I finally said I quit, and they would not reimburse me for the remaining of the contract SPYPOINT will not help and they no loyalty. I recommend try another service.
While the picture quality is fairly good, i have had repeated camera transmission problems to the point that I am done with them. It's not worth having to climb 3 trees every 2 or 3 weeks to reset the cameras. Don't waste your money.
Unfortunately, I have bought some of these cameras.
3 of my cameras no longer work! one of them was not more than a few months old !
I have contacted spypoint support many times and they cannot help to find a solution! it always ends with me either having to update or put new batteries in or they just cut off the call if they can't help! I have 4 cameras, but only one works, and it's only 7 months old - I wonder when it won't work anymore!
Will never buy spypoint camera again and will not recommend it to others
When they work they work amazing, but to get them to work each season it takes hours and hours between phone calls and resetting the camera
My barn camera will only respond to movement by a buck (default? )It will not detect and photograph small animals eating my barn cats food.
The Spypoint APP advises that I can accesses additional filters(Humans?) by joining their Insiders Club for $99/year. What a scam.
Dont waste your money on this junk. They dont care about keeping customers happy. The internal spypoint data sim card stopped working after 3 years, and they basically told me theres nothing they can do. So after 3 years of paying for transmission plans, and using 2 cameras, mean nothing to them.
I have had Spypoint cameras for many years without a major issue. I pay for 8 camera plans. This year Spypoint decided to update THEIR firmware. My cameras All started to have issues. I called Spypoint and they advised me that I needed to update my cameras and that I needed the Cameras in hand. This is a problem since I am in Florida and the cameras are in New York. That is why I have cellular cameras to begin with!
They also told me that the firmware update may not work and since some of my cameras were out of Warranty I would have to replace them!!!
These cameras were working just fine until THEY update THEIR firmware...and now I have to buy new cameras!!
That is ridiculous...I am done with Spypoint
Terrible company. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Camera doesn’t work and all they do is say call back in 24 hrs. Never had worst service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!
You can't use the camera and get a plan if you only have a debit card they don't expect that it is a waste of money if you can't get a plan with your visa debit bank card
After 2 years, my Link Micro LTE stopped working.
Online support exhausted the troubleshooting and concluded the issue couldn't be fixed remotely.
So this is how long these products can last, 2 years!!
Obviously being out of warranty, they won't replace it.

Change settings so you can no longer take a picture at sync without having to turn it on each time manually.
You used to be able to do this by just simply turning on the setting and it would stay on. I called in numerous times over the last couple of years about this feature being changed and I was promised that they were going to change it back.
Now they pretend like they have no idea what I'm talking about and this is just a testing feature.
We all know that it's lies and they're doing it to be cheap on the amount of data.
I implore everyone to find a better company and not waste your money with one that lies.

I own 2 of the flex models. Both have out performed any trail cam I have ever owned. I put lithium batteries in as they suggested. They have been out since July and batteries still say 100%. I used them to pattern a nice 8 point buck and ended up taking it during bow. The convenience of having pictures seconds after taking and sent to my phone is amazing. I have told all my friends about spypoint. Most of them have purchased the flex. Not one complaint from them. Thanks spypoint for making my hunting more enjoyable.
I bought a twin pack of the Flex-M cellular. The one camera drains the batteries within a couple of days, the other has normal battery draw. Contacting Spypoint, they told me that the battery tray must be bad and said they would ship me a new one, and never did. I have contacted them on eight different occasions and they just keep giving me the run around. I would highly avoid this brand. Incredibly disappointed with Spypoint.
Stop repeating pictures u know u make the camera take pics cuz when I was on the 6$ n 10$ plan I got hundreds of pics now imon the unlimited plan both my cameras only get 2 or 3 pics over nite that's bull u need to b seud for screwing with the privacy
Pay 15$ a month have 3 flex cameras wont communicate or send pictures 45$ a month and can’t see nothing waste of money
