I'm glad I ordered from SplitKB
I'm glad I ordered from SplitKB. The shipment was prompt, the website had helpful guides and a great order wizard and the after sales service was phenomenal. I ordered Tuesday night and am typing on my new keyboard today (less than 24 hours handling time!)
The kit I ordered was of excellent quality. The guide could have been more detailed but I was able to get all the information I required from their official Discordserver.
100% recommended!

Did not ship
Did not ship, support email ignores my messages.
Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. Send a message to the support to verify that the parts I ordered are indeed compatible with each other. Got a affirmative reply and a question if the order should be shipped. I confirmed that it should.
Since then, almost two weeks have passed, and I have neither my keeb, nor tracking code, nor even another response in the email.
Sad. Will ask for a refund if I don't get at least some response until this Friday.

Fast delivery, cool product. Only thing that was lacking is a manual for assembling it. It would've been useful for complete beginners like me. There is a website, but you need to find it first.

It made me curious so I looked it up: the package was shipped a day after the order was placed, and then took another three workdays to get there with DHL GlobalMail. That's quicker than I'm used to with that method, nice! Enjoy the switches! :)
Wonderful team
Order was quickly sent out, and process of assembling the kit was easy to understand thanks to the available guides, even though it was my first time doing a DIY. Support answered very fast and offered replacements right away for a few small cosmetic parts damaged in shipping. Happy to order again in the future!
