Well, I don't know where to start. I, as a 25 year old female recently drove over my own phone, how, one may ask? No one actually knows and on returning to look for it as I realised I must have dropped in, I in fact proceeded to drive over it again, sadly not seeing it AND THEN reverse back over it (yes a third time), before I then spot it on the floor. To some, this may NOT be a quarter life crisis but I honestly felt the world ending, WW3 would be nothing in comparison to seeing my baby iPhone 14 Pro Max in about 400 pieces submerged into a puddle. My work have an insurance scheme with SPB and quite honestly if the company was a man, I'd have married him. I got a new phone in less than 24 hours of the tragic incident, which was less time than it took me to even start a grief process. I literally CANNOT get over how these magical elves (only possible staff members) received my phone and sent me another, apparently brand new, to my door within that time. I will never get over this. I'm quite honestly shell shocked and I'd honestly recommend them on national tv as the hero's of planet earth. I promise I'm not even a little bit dramatic either x

Phoned Insurance2Go Customer Service and spoke to Lisa, to renew my mobile phone policy.

I rang and spoke to the lovely Helen. knowing how important our mobile is to us Helen made the process so easy it turned my day around as I have to leave the country on Friday. the instructions were clear and even emailed me when I couldn't phone back to give the tracking number. suffice to say if I can you a 6 star I would. Helen and the team were fantastic, and I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart. an amazing laugh too. I wish all customer service was like her. have a great day. what Time is it? Emma was extremely helpful from 9 Am in the morning right through till 4pm. Sorting out the insurance claim for my son’s phone that was robbed of him the previous night. I rang Citymain nirevthem 10 times along with ringing EE . Emma was ever so helpful each time advising me. I did ring back a few times and Emma wasn’t there and another gentlemen helped me also . I feel Emma went over and beyond to help me and even with mr being frustrated kept me calm .
