Broke my TV Bed and were delayed in collecting
One of my items unfortunately got damaged and their Director got involved to try and resolve the problem and really went above and beyond to make the situation right.
Based on this I would happily recommend this company and would use them again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with aspects of your move, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important points for transparency.
Regarding the collection delay, we acknowledge that the vehicle arrived slightly later than planned. As a goodwill gesture, and at no additional cost to you, we provided a second mover to assist with loading. This was an extra service that was not included in your original quote and was offered free of charge to minimise any inconvenience.
With respect to loading, our standard service includes driver assistance unless a full packing and loading service is booked. This was clearly outlined in the quotation and prior communication.
Concerning the TV bed, we did offer our professional dismantling and packing service, which would have ensured the item was fully protected and covered by insurance. This option was declined due to cost, and the dismantling and preparation were instead carried out by a third party arranged by yourself. Unfortunately, the item was not dismantled or packed to a professional standard, which significantly increases the risk of damage during transit.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve how we communicate service options and expectations to future customers.

Used their service twice to move from Northern UK to Romania and then back.
The company is very professional and the drivers have been great and friendly. Eleonora is good at communicating with you and is always active to respond to any of your queries.
Overall it was a great experience and the price quite competitive. The only thing I wish they did is add GPS trackers to their vans so we can track the progress live without having to message constantly. Other than that, 5 stars!

A really great company
A really great company, moving is the most stressful thing and Eleonora made it so much easier. We moved from London to Italy, so a little more complicated than moving within London. I had loads of questions and messaged her a lot on WhatsApp and she was so patient with me. The move went great and I couldn’t fault the service.

I recently used Space for Time for an overseas move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service from start to finish. Moving abroad can be incredibly stressful, but their team made the entire process smooth, organised, and worry-free.
Communication was excellent throughout—every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I was kept updated at every stage of the shipment. The packing team was punctual, friendly, and highly professional. They handled all my belongings with great care and ensured everything was securely packed for the long journey.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They took care of all customs documentation, explained the timeline thoroughly, and followed up once the shipment arrived to make sure I was happy with everything.
All my items arrived safely and in perfect condition. The level of service, reliability, and professionalism was exceptional. I would highly recommend Space 4 Time to anyone planning an international move—they truly made a daunting experience so much easier.
Thank you for an outstanding job!
