Slight confusion at first about the pick up date in Germany, but after the driver contacted me to explain the planed time, all went extremely smoothly. Mike and Lee were very helpful and efficient. Within about an hour and a half everything was packed on the truck, and on its way to the UK.
All delivered two days later, unloading also very efficient and fast from Reilly and Jamie. Everything in good order, nothing damaged. Very happy with everything.

Franklins Removals were excellent in supporting my move from France to UK. Paul and Jake were amazing in collecting my belongings and were so friendly and efficient. They were also super nice to my dogs. :-)

Carl and Kieren were great as well in delivering my items in London and I would highly recommend Franklins for any move. Thank you!

We had excellent service from Jamie F, Paddy. Gaz and Mike. They helped us move across Lichfield in terrible weather and ensured all our our possessions were safely packed, transported and unloaded. They were extremely careful unloading and carefully disassembled and rebuilt our large wardrobes and beds. Excellent service and top blokes too!

I can’t recommend Franklins highly enough. Paul H and Zak were super helpful, friendly and efficient,🤩 and Bev in the office held my hand via email every step of the way, from London to Marseille.

Good communication from booking their service until our belongings were collected. On the day we were given a ETA of their arrival. Lewis & his team put me at ease whilst loading our stuff onto their lorries and reassured me about their onward storage & delivery internationally. A few weeks later & all was as expected and expertly loaded & delivered by Jake & Daz. Would not hesitate to recommend ERS & Franklins.

The second part of th removals, the delivery, went very well. Kieran and Aiden arrived bright and early, were polite, efficient and helpful. They handled our belongings in a professional manner. We had the most dreadful and upsetting experience with Franklin’s Removals. An unacceptable number of our belongings were broken during the removal and storage process, including fragile items in boxes clearly marked as such. We have moved many times over the years and have never experienced anything remotely comparable.

The damage has caused us considerable financial loss, and some items of great sentimental value are irreplaceable. Despite an internal investigation, no satisfactory explanation has been provided and the additional goodwill offer does little to reflect the extent of our losses and distress.

The one shining light was Bev in the office, who was incredibly helpful throughout.

This was not how we had envisaged beginning our retirement in France and on our experience, we would not recommend Franklin’s Removals to anyone. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

A perfect experience! Would recommend without hesitation! They make you feel you’re in safe hands. Moving is a stressful experience but the Franklins team did everything they could to provide calm - from the wonderful Bev in the office to the unphasable but extremely efficient and indefatigable Paul and Phil - the removal titans!

I needed to get a replacement 3 metre x 1 metre double glazed window out to France and having used Franklins Removals to ship the original windows in 2019, I trusted them to get this unit out to the Dordogne.
They were great on collecting and delivering the unit and half the price of two competitors. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

I chose franklins for my international move from the UK to mainland Europe, as they're part of the BAR and seemed to be very reputable, with great reviews. I would have never expected to be as disappointed in their service as I am.

The collection went well, as the drivers showed up on time and were professional. I also appreciated that Franklins accepted to collect my belongings at short notice.

After that, the communication was limited between collection and delivery. Additionally, they changed the delivery dates/times at least 3 times and 2 of those very last minute. They even suggested delivery times of 11pm or 6am, which are completely unreasonable.

I also find it unreasonable that they use a 60m³ truck for the deliveries, which does not fit in a residential area in a town center. I, therefore, was asked in advance to provide an alternative address where they could deliver. However, it shouldn't be expected that customers provide alternative addresses.

The service was far from seamless and they made the experience extremely difficult for the me. They're not understanding of the fact that their constant changes to the delivery window impact the customer and it is impossible to plan ahead.

Excellent friendly service. Bev and the office staff were always happy to answer any queries and were understanding in our lack of experience in moving. The removal men : Carl,Kieran, Pat and Aiden were brilliant. They were punctual, polite, courteous and helpful. They respected our property and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

Karl and Aiden were exceptional. Great service. Great service from Bev in office too. Highly recommend, so far.

Karl and Matty arrived with smiles and the fun never stopped. They are great lads and an asset to the company. They were helpful, professional and made the process a joy rather than the stress that can go with moving. I also need to mention Bev who was also lovely and helpful throughout. This is the second time I’ve used Franklins and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From the initial enquiry to the contestant changes of delivery address and date, Ben & the team At Franklins have been amazing, incredibly helpful, had so much time for all my questions and queries and did a bloody fabulous job packing, unpacking and storing our entire home contents for the best part of a year!!

Daz & Jamie collected our home back in December 2025 with so much care, making sure all our fabric items were protected and correctly sealed. They single handedly packed up our whole house and even helped take down a light fitting that we last minute wanted to take!

Lewis and Jamie arrived today bang on time to our new home and unpacked all our storaged items, navigating a quirky cottage and have dropped everything carefully to the rooms without so much as us lifting a finger, Lewis even took time to protect our carpets with plastic wrap, something I had not planned for or thought about!

They also helped us move some existing furniture to a different location and took so much of our packaging like boxes away!!

Absolutely amazing service as to be expected from a premium moving service like Franklins!

First Class service with great communications from Bev. We used them to move us from Alliers in France back to the UK. Daz and Paul were very helpful and got on with the difficult job of loading 21 years of poor Brocante decisions (including some things we bought the day before we came) into a beautiful new truck with livery to make any any Englishman proud - our French neighbours were very impressed. I don’t know who’s doing the drop off in the UK yet but have no worries if they are as good as Daz and Paul! - highly recommended!

Moving from Dijon back to the UK and came across Franklins. From the start the process with Bev was spot on and guided on what I needed to do, paperwork etc.
On the day Paul messaged me when they were 30 min out. And they were spot on. Dan and Paul didn’t hang around and got straight on with it.
