As per our multiple emails to you, to which you have responded : You purchased 400G of loose burger mix. No packets. No delivery paid. This was purchased for Store Collection, we DO NOT offer delivery on grocery items. You have chosen to ignore all email communication and opted not to collect several weeks ago. As per our emails to you, this case has now been closed. Your rudeness and abusive language will not be tolerated or engaged with.

Awful communication and stock issues.
Awful communication and understanding of their stock. I ordered from their website then they changed the order without contacting me. So I ordered again and then only received half of what I ordered. No communication about it until I complained, then no apology - just a refund. Apparently something else wasn't in stock!

Offered refund to return products but no refund on the £4.99 postage. Really poor experience, won't purchase from here again.

Please check your emails as you have clearly missed both our responses. Or perhaps you haven’t, since you clearly seemed to have picked up on the shipping mention.
Items from your order that were in stock were despatched and further stock was anticipated for your out of stock items, that have since been refunded in full following supplier stock issue.
At no point is postage £4.99, this isn’t a service we offer. Your shipping cost paid was £3.95. We do not offer returns for food items. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions.
However, as per our email to you, a return in this instance has been offered as a goodwill gesture, minus the shipping cost as you have you have stated for the items received. We are not in the habit of refunding someone’s postage costs, for items delivered, that they have expressly ordered, simply because a customer later changes their mind.
You were notified of the amendment to your order prior to shipment, this was sent 24 hours before your response requesting order cancellation, by which time your items were already in transit.
While I understand your frustration with not receiving your order in full, we do want all our customers to be 100% happy with their orders and I am sorry we were unable to fulfil your order in full in this instance.
As a small business who cares and takes pride in getting things right, we do not appreciate the misrepresentation here. I will now close the return and consider your matter resolved since you have chosen not to return your items.

Disappointing Customer Service Throughout
I contacted SW Coast within minutes of placing my order to correct a delivery address error. Despite multiple emails, website messages, and phone calls (with voicemails left as instructed), no action was taken before dispatch.
The courier later marked the delivery as attempted when no attempt was made and diverted the parcel to a pickup shop 3 miles from my home, which I had to collect myself — a round trip of just under two hours.
The seller advised that redelivery would be arranged, but this never happened. The item was a Christmas gift, and due to the delays and inconvenience, it is now unlikely to reach the recipient before Christmas.
While I eventually obtained the item, this was only by resolving the issue myself. Communication and customer service fell well below expectations

Craig as per our numerous emails, you missed your delivery, despite being provided with full tracking information for your parcel, and given every opportunity to redirect your parcel in the event of being unable to receive it. You are provided opportunity to designate a safe place prior to delivery, and redirect to your nearest parcel shop. You selected DPD next day service meaning your parcel was despatched by our team, out of our operational office hours. You unfortunately stipulated a wrong address, to which delivery was attempted. We contacted DPD on your behalf to rearrange delivery as you requested. Your DPD parcel shop was 3 miles away which was inconvenient for you. You selected DPD service from multiple delivery options and courier services we have on offer at checkout. Again this was your choice. You chose to collect from your nearest parcel shop, which was inconvenient for you. You have been offered a refund in full . Again this is your decision to keep your order.

My favourite local shop
What's not to love about this little Aladins Cave, of ethically sourced, locally sourced and natural produce, from fruit and veg, dry store, to natural refill toiletries and cleaning products, amongst many many other things. This little independent shop in the heart of Weymouth is my go to for my groceries,and love I am making a greener footprint by reducing my plastic use by about 70%.
If they haven't got what you are looking for, just ask, if they can source it for you they will.
