First small order received promptly.
Made a second large order and still yet to receive the delivery.
Tried emailing, WhatsApp, calling and there is no way to speak to anyone.
Still have not received my goods. Have escalated this with the bank and noticed that this 2nd payment made was to a different account from my first order.
Avoid at all costs.

I will be reporting this company for fraud and scamming with trading standards, did not receive order, do not respond to messages or answer phone calls. Do not use them!!!

I got firs order correct, second order 2 weeks didn’t receive it yet , and no response from customer support or response to email, still need my money back, avoid, it’s scam

This was my first order from Oasis Market and it will definitely not be the last.
The order arrived on time, the packaging was very good and the product was better than expected. I ordered Egyptian Baladi Bread and it is truly amazing. It's exactly the same as the baladi bread I got from the bakery at near our home in Heliopolis. Absolutely delicious.

I recently ordered Egyptian bread from Oasis Market and had a great experience. The service was smooth and efficient, and my order arrived fresh and well-packaged.

It’s always nice to find a place that offers authentic products with reliable service. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality Egyptian groceries.

The order came in great condition as well as on time. The customer service team was also very informative, friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a great and positive experience.

I ordered items for an event, costing over £150, a week in advance. However, the person rarely ever answers the (mobile) phone. After many calls over a period of days, he answered at late evening to say, 'Don't worry, you will get a DHL tracking number tomorrow and your items delivered on the stated date'. We agreed.

He then completely disappeared! No answer, no replies to emails or even Whatsapp messages. Even to request a refund he hasn't replied at all. I was truly left in a dilemma and had to take urgent action to find alternatives for the event, causing so much stress.

I have now reached out to the bank who can hopefully assist, as he still has my money and won't reply. They could possibly blacklist him too.
Please don't buy from this man! The website looks professional, but notice its only a mobile number, so he's either a scammer or doesn't care once he has your money!
I would highly recommend Bakkali, perfect and on time every time, I don't know why I thought to try this! Awful

SCAM! My order was meant to be delivered last Monday and no update on it whatsoever - contacted DHL who is meant to be delivering and they had advised me that they are still waiting to receive it from use and to contact use, I have since tried to contact use on WhatsApp for an update on my order and no response.

I have to say, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service and communication with this website.
The website didnt show the correct date of delivery, they never delivered my items in both the date they had set or the date I originally chose.
I contacted them via email and WhatsApp, they never answered and I had to refund my money via my bank “as undelivered services” or “fraud suspected” when I had no other choice.

Sad that they are the only ones who promote for “baladu” bread and waiting for other companies to start selling them to be able to get them.

My experience with Oasis Market is excellent. If an order is delayed, they inform the buyer honestly, although this happens rarely. They also track the order's arrival. This isn't my first time dealing with them, but since they started, I've been grateful for their kind service.

Scam, avoid. They did not send the order on time, despite of contacting them many times within 3 weeks, every time they replied we will send tomorrow, then they stopped replying on whatsapp or email, to aplogize or even offer to issue a refund, i had to request my refund from my bank which will delay my refund for 45 day untill bank process the request. If it is not a real scam, thats even worse to run a business with such a bad experience and customer service.

Unfortunately I had the same poor experience as some people here did. The only time anyone responded was to my first call after I’d had no response to a WhatsApp message. I was reassurance by a polite gentleman 3 days after my order was supposed to arrive that there had been a delay and my order would be out the next day and be delivered the day after. Part of my order was delivered 5 days after that call, so 9 days late, and I’ve no idea what happened to the rest of my order as I’m getting no response. A shameful and awful first experience.

Great experience, fast delivery, excellent packaging, I highly recommend this website and would gladly shop here again.

اللي حصل من ناحيتكم غير مقبول نهائي. كان المفروض الطلب يوصل يوم 16 مارس، وبعد كده اتأجل ل 18 مارس، وبرضه ماوصلش، ومن غير أي
عف في التواصل، ده مفتواصل أو حتى اعتذار.
مش بس كده، أنا حاولت أكلمكم أكتر من مرة واتواصلت عن طريق واتساب وكمان الرقم المباشر، ومفيش أي رد خالص. اللي حصل دهِ مش مجرد
ضيش تواصل أصلًا - لا رد، لا متابعة، لا أي إخطار بالتأخير، ولا حتى بدء أي إجراء
واضح بخصوص الطلب أو الاسترجاع.
بناءً عليه أنا لغيت الطلب، من حولي أسبوع فات و لحد دلوقتي كمان الاسترجاع ما بدأش، وده غير مقبول. وَمطلوب باسترجاع المبلغ كامل فورًا. !!!
