Fantastic fast efficient, helpful service begining to end. Spotless, beautiful, character property that was well equiped and very comfortable. In a gem of a location steeped in history and a stones throw from all St Ives has to offer (Harbour, Sea, Beaches, Shops, Restaurants/Cafe's/Pubs, Culture & Art Scene, Beautiful Coastal Walks & Train Journeys) whilst the property was still tucked away, just far enough, to escape into your own quite beautiful space at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this lovely cottage. My husband, self and son age 14yrs had a fantastic time.

We had a great week in this beautiful house, superbly decorated and well equipped. Good location near our favourite beach. A bonus to have parking spaces at the property. Great service from Alan at So St Ives when one of the blinds got stuck. Highly recommend using So St Ives.

We had a lovely time at Figgy Cottage. It is lovingly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The small garden is nice to have an aperitif or enjoy a coffee after a day of hiking. The car park was a blessing given the parking situation in the village. Our only small criticism is the bed. Unfortunately, it is a bit short for people over 1.90 metres. All in all, it is a great place to spend a cosy holiday. Thank you very much :)

We booked a cottage in Downalong (St Ives) for a long weekend break and had a great time. The booking was simple, price OK but the real bonus was how nice the house was. Clean, well equipped and obviously well cared for. Little touches like welcome basket, loo roll, kitchen consumables, all laid on making it really relaxing. Good comms with the company and will definitely use again.

I can't rate So St Ives highly enough. The whole booking process went smoothly from start to finish, from the warm and efficient communication to a really good welcome pack for me....and Duffy-the-dog!
We stayed at Figgy Cottage, which was charming and very clean. A real heavenly hideaway with a very welcoming feel. The garden and courtyard were delightful and the parking space a bonus. The extra touches at the cottage were so appreciated - deckchairs for the garden, a hose for a sandy dog, hooks outside for towels, baskets for boots, the most gorgeous pictures and ornaments, interesting books, a really well equipped kitchen, a great shower and the most comfortable bed and bed linen. And to top it all, the very beautiful Porthminster beach is moments away, complete with an exceptional restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights at the Blue View apartment.
The apartment is beautifully decorated & well equipped.
The location is great, only a short walk from the beach & the station & easy to walk into the main town.
The only downside was the stunning view of the beach was rather spoilt by the windows being absolutely filthy & running with condensation between the double glazing. Also the shutters in the bedroom which don’t keep the light out from the walkway outside.

Trenoweth Lodge is beautiful! We loved staying here whilst in Cornwall. It’s in a great location and has everything one can ask for. Beautifully decorated and so clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location is ok, even thought everything there is very close. This flat is on a hill coming from the centre. On the second day the room fill with dust from the blankets, sofa and pillows on the sofa. The bed cover in the bedroom was very strange, because me and my husband were sweating under it every night. Room was very cold since it was end of March and the heater didn’t do the job, since it was a draft from the window. The view from the room was great, but lot of cottages/flats have the same. So, overall - I can’t see why I paid more for this flat!

Another fantastic stay at Figgy Cottage. Alan and Sharon at So St Ives made our stay extra special. A truly great break and we will definitely be back again!

Immaculate, clean and well equipped. Very cosy and close to the centre of St Ives whilst providing peace and tranquillity away from the crowds. Lovely little courtyard and garden (although some steep steps to the latter). Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Extremely clean and nice, plain decor. Kitchen was stocked with every possible implement and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Only negative was that the departure time of 9am seemed very early especially as we had to make several trips to the car which was up a steep hill. We had to go to bed early on our last night to get up early to leave which was a pity.

Blue apartment was an absolute delight. Clean, well equipped, and close to St Ives. The greatest feature was the uninterrupted and completely stunning panoramic view of Porthminster beach.

The apartment was warm and welcoming with excellent amenities including secure car parking in the basement. The situation is perfect for those wishing to walk around St Ives and Carbis Bay offering different levels of challenge.

My family and I booked four days at Seawater. The house is well decorated generally but it was the real Christmas tree with decorations which made it special.
The house is a good size and close but not too close to the harbour which can be extremely busy in summer. Also close to the Tate. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Lovely stay at Merryn. Top quality furnishings and very well equipped. Good sized parking spaces and nice quiet location. Great size kitchen/diner with sofas and large tv and snug lounge to the front of the house. Very tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and good quality linen/towels etc. Short walk down to Porthmeor beach, fairly steep hill to walk back up but worth it for the quieter location. Hope to stay again in the future.

This was our fourth time staying at Stone's Reef which probably says it all! Beautifully furnished, extremely clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our family of four. Welcome pack of milk, wine, tea, coffee and yummy Cornish biscuits are a lovely touch. Stone's Reef is a little out of town and the walk back up the hill is not for the faint-hearted but great for burning off the extra calories after a meal out! Alan & Sharon have always been super responsive and helpful and have helped us to track down and return a t-shirt left behind by our son! Heartily recommended!

We just spent 7 nights at the Blue View Flat.
Whilst the decor is good with a very nice view from the flat & only a short walk to the harbour there was a major problem.
The first time we entered the flat we could smell damp & although during our stay we kept the windows open during the day & used the heating we couldn't get rid of it.
When we got home & unpacked we realised just how bad it was. Our coats, clothes, shoes & bags absolutely reeked of damp so we had to wash & spray everything to get rid of the smell.
Looking back at previous reviews this is obviously not a new problem
In addition, the place wasn't that clean, in particular the floors & behind the sofa bed.

We had a fabulous stay at Sandy Feet. The cottage is stunning, well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. The cottage is minutes from the shops and beaches and is in a very pretty pedestrian street, so no cars rumbling past day and night. If I were to buy a cottage in Cornwall, this would be top of my list! The parking space is down a very narrow road, which was a bit tense driving down. The drop off place to unload is also down a narrow road with steep steps to navigate to get to the cottage, so don't overload your suitcases to make them too heavy! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back

We stayed in Figgy Cottage this September. It's a beautiful cottage and I would recommend it to anyone. Great location too, just a few minutes into central St Ives and a few minutes from Porthminster Beach.

The cottage is dog-friendly too!

Blue View :- we were blown away with the view, like a picture! The apartment was very comfortable, and would say everything was of a high standard, beautiful furnishings, very well thought about.
Great location, and we would definitely return.
