I hired the Joole Aer 2 Seat to Nest from Baboodle for a holiday, and the whole experience was fantastic. The pram arrived in excellent condition and was absolutely perfect for travelling. Such a great solution for those items you only need short‑term and don’t want to invest in owning. I’d definitely recommend Baboodle.

Great as always and amazing customer service - we had an issue with the Snoo sleep suit and they sent a replacement v quickly!

Easy to order and return, excellent quality of item. Really helpful to be able to rent the bits that are only needed for a short time as baby grows so quickly.

Fantastic company. We hired a double buggy (the Uppababy Minu Duo) for our holiday with a 3 month old and a 2 year old. The pram was delivered on the day requested and was in brand new condition. It's been great to have a top quality pushchair for our holiday without having to incur the full cost of buying one. I haven't yet returned it but having previously rented a Rockit through them too, the returns process was really easy. Customer service is also great and very responsive if you need to get in touch

I have used baboodle several times now both for short and long term rentals. Every time I have fantastic service! Great communication, easy delivery and returns, and quality prams that are good value! I would highly recommend and will be using again for summer holidays!

Items received in great condition, seamless delivery and return process

first time I’m using baboodle and rented a buggy from December 2025 and it was great! Buggy was very useful and used it for over 3 months. Super easy and simple service

We hire a travel pram every time we go away!

Pushchair arrived a couple of days earlier than requested which removed any worries that it might not arrive in time, when it arrived it was in immaculate condition, returns process was easy. Would definitely use Baboodle again!

The rental service is very straight forward. Lots of different equipment available, which are all very well maintained. Delivery and return were also very easy. Would highly recommend Baboodle!!

Website explained the hiring process really well and it was easy to book. Item actually arrived a day earlier than I had paid for allowing us to get used to the item before going on holiday. Item was clean and in good shape and of high quality . Team were helpful and understanding when Royal Mail let us down with collecting for the return, and did not charge us extra for a late return. I would go back there again!

I have rented 2 items from Baboodle, first was a tens machine for birth and next a travel pram. Both items either turned up on the day chosen or earlier and super clean/look unused. Their customer service is the best I’ve came across when it comes to being able to speak to someone (not a robot!!!). I’ve recommended them to sooo many people already and will continue to use in the future. The only downside is I have to give the expensive travel pram back after a month haha!

I found this company on the off chance by looking on Google. I wanted to see what the bugaboo butterfly was like before I invested in the pram permanently. The company was very straight forward and returning the item was also very easy. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very poor experience – unreliable, unsafe equipment, and unprofessional service

I had a really disappointing experience with Baboodle from start to finish.

My initial order was delayed due to a “lost in depot” issue with DHL, and I was left waiting over a week with no clear delivery date. I was then told they didn’t have replacement stock available and would need to wait for returns to come in, which isn’t acceptable when you’re taking orders for time-sensitive baby equipment.

Eventually I cancelled and placed another order an few weeks later and did receive a SNOO from them, but again it arrived over a week later than expected due to lack of stock, this seems to be a recurring issue.

The condition of the sleep sacks provided was shocking. They were extremely worn, stretched out, and had clearly been used many times. The label had completely faded, and the fabric had lost all shape. It actually felt unsafe – my baby was able to pull the sack up over her face because it was so loose. I ended up buying a second hand one myself just to compare, and the difference was huge, the used one I bought privately was in far better condition than what Baboodle supplied.

The SNOO unit itself also developed a noise that was loud enough to wake both us and the baby. When I contacted Baboodle, I was told to try and fix it myself, which is not what you expect when renting a premium product for a newborn.

Communication throughout has been poor and unprofessional, it often felt like I was speaking to someone casually rather than a company providing a paid service.

The SNOO itself is a great product, which is why I’ve kept it, but that’s despite Baboodle, not because of them.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service. Between the delays, lack of stock, poor equipment condition, and customer service, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Excellent service! Delivered quickly and in fantastic condition. Any issues were resolved immediately. Return was very straightforward and processed quickly.

Will definitely be hiring from Baboodle again!
