Baboodle Anmeldelser

Would highly recommend Baboodle! Not only do the products arrive in great condition, but the level of communication is also really good. We rented a Bugaboo donkey 5 for a few months and then, when our needs changed, we’re able to contact them and switch to a double Nipper with ease. Such a convenient, understanding service!

Super responsive over messages. 5* service generally and the product was in amazing condition.

Great experience from start to finish, delivery as described, buggy in fantastic condition, communication fantastic. Will deffo recommend.

Brilliant, well organised service that saved us having to buy a pram that we only needed for one holiday. Will definitely use baboodle again.

Fantastic service right from the start. Assistance choosing the right item, really quick email responses, easy fast delivery, the product arrived in fab condition, and very simple returns process. I will definitely be ordering from this company again! Really good. Thank you!

Always a great experience with Baboodle. Highly recommend. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Baboodle. They were so responsive to my delivery preferences - sending an Uber based on my specific timings, WhatsApping me many times prior to arrival to ensure a smooth process. The whole process felt so personalized, amenable and friendly. It’s clear they are a small business who care about their clients. And the product was perfect and just as described. Would absolutely use again, and plan to in the near future!

Friendly service, quick response to queries, cost effective and flexible.

Easy to use, good quality product. Excellent customer service.
Different products have different minimum rental lengths - just something to look out for.

Very simple and smooth process. The pram arrived exactly on time. Returns process was equally as smooth. The pram was in great condition and clean too.

Arrived on time

Great service

This is our second summer renting from Baboodle, such a good service and great item.

Second time renting from baboodle and I would fully recommend their services to any parent!
The second time around, the pram I had originally ordered wasn’t going to arrive in time, which naturally caused a bit of stress. However, the team at baboodle instantly sorted a different pram for me (which turned out to be even better), and it arrived less than 24 hours after I’d originally spoken with them.
Great experience!

Great company.

Easy trusting company giving us the freedom to use the items when we wanted for however long for.
Only slightly confusing bit was arranging more than one item to be returned and for Royal Mail to provide the label

It was extremely easy to use and the pram we received was just what we needed for travelling. Will definitely try it again!

I had a really good experience. The buggy was in great condition, delivery and return were easy, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use Baboodle again.

Very useful and items in perfect condition!

Great communication and products. Quick delivery and easy to return.

Really great and straightforward service! Had been recommended by a few people and will definitely be using again and recommending to others!

I wanted to try out a stroller I had my eye on as my current buggy is quite big and collapses in parts so tested out a collapsable travel one.

The returns process was really easy and straightforward too!
