Really great and straightforward…
Really great and straightforward service! Had been recommended by a few people and will definitely be using again and recommending to others!
I wanted to try out a stroller I had my eye on as my current buggy is quite big and collapses in parts so tested out a collapsable travel one.
The returns process was really easy and straightforward too!

Excellent experience throughout!
It was brilliant - such a good concept, very straightforward process to reserve an item and really reasonably priced. The item arrived on time and in great condition, I managed to extend my rental period and the customer service team could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use again and recommend to others!

Communication with Baboodle was excellent, they always replied quickly to any queries I had.Delivery and return both quick and easy.
The Babyzen yoyo3 newborn pack was in excellent condition and was so helpful to have whilst on holiday.

Absolute nightmare
Collection process is an absolute nightmare. Royal Mail / Parcelforce refused the collection twice because the parcel was too big. Have had a gigantic box stuck in my dining room for over a week with no way to get it back to Baboodle. So, so frustrating. Not to mention my baby couldn't stand the Snoo and the box / packaging were destroyed on arrival - I had to buy a new box myself! Terrible all round.

I'm sorry to hear that Parcelforce refused collection of your item, that is very frustrating. We send hundreds of these parcels a week and very rarely have issues but unfortunately it seems like your local driver has incorrectly refused a collection. This is absolutely against the terms of their service with us and we have raised a complaint directly.
I can see that after the first collection failure we offered you multiple alternative collection options with different couriers. These options remain and we await your response as to which is the most convenient for you.
As per your email we have understood that are reusing your delivery box but if there is an issue with this packaging please do let us know and we'd be happy to help.
Sorry to hear that your baby didn't like the Snoo - they don't seem to work for all babies but always worth a try!

Loved it
Loved it! I rented the icandy pip pram as I was travelling abroad and needed something that would go in the overhead. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was quick. The only downside is that the website isn’t very clear and the bumper bar on the prams are classed as an accessory which if needed, needs to be added to your order. I wasn’t aware and had to place another order which the delivery cost more than the rental of the bar itself.
Returning the item was also straightforward and requested for the item to be collected from my address.
I would definitely use again!
