DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered cleats in stock on 7/26. It is now 9/6.
I contacted customer service they said had been given to fed ex. Fed ex site said "Label created".
I contacted again they said sent USPS.
Never recevied
Asked for refund 8/13, 8/15 and 8/20. No response.
Asked for refund today 9/6. They say it shows full filled.
The fed ex tracking number still says "Label Created".

Absolutely horrible. I placed an order 3 weeks ago now. I have tried to call and email their customer service with no response. My order hasn’t shipped yet. Have asked for a refund with no response as well. Would never purchase anything from them in the future.

There is not good customer service and very hard to get an answer on email - takes weeks if that. Had an item not ship and had to call every location number to find a human. When they did ship 2 weeks late no tracking number. Product finally came weeks late but no benefit to buyer for poor service. Do not recommend.

Never order a jersey from these people! Website will say 2-3 weeks of processing, and over 6 weeks later, after you’ve asked to cancel an order FIVE TIMES, they’ll just keep lying and saying it’s about to be made and shipped. Refuse to help, will keep your money, don’t trust anything they say!

This is my second experience with Soccer Wearhouse and I have only the best things to say in regards to customer service (especially), order fulfillment, and the purchase itself. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, were fast to reply, and earnestly thoughtful in their response. As an Englishman, I have been buying football jerseys for a long time, and this has easily been the best customer service I have ever received. They helped me find the kits I might be interested in, their website interface is slim and friendly, and their customizations are top notch.

I felt, for the first time in a long time, that I was speaking with a person who was genuinely trying to help me get what I wanted rather than the typical nameless, faceless, transactional customer service I am now accustomed to with AI. This company is a refreshing example of what an individual shopping experience could be like and I wish them all the best going forward.

I ordered almost $300 cleats at the beginning of August. The following week, I got a notice that they were behind and shipping might be delayed... However, we are now 4 weeks in and my order still has not shipped. I've contacted them 2x and they just keep telling me that they are delayed. Absolutely terrible - never order from them.

Company is very helpful and makes your experience feel welcomed.

Buyer beware . . . I ordered a jersey for my son over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped, no order information available, and no real answer from the customer service team BUT they do have the the $210 I paid for this customized jersey! I'm sure the next response I receive will start with "due to the World Cup." Perhaps "due to the World Cup" you should have prepared a little better.

Sent me the wrong player and number than the jersey I ordered. Took 3 months after the order to finally come in and when I sent it back they went out of stock of the jersey I orginally wanted. Never using this company again. I would rather buy knock offs then a jersey from this company.

I have been waiting for my order for a month and it is not even a custom order. If you can't foresee FIFA world cup will bring you a flood of orders, and get prepared, then you should question your business vision. Business falling from the sky but you can't catch it.
And if you can't ship the order, you should let customer know before they order, not afterwards. As a matter of fact, what I ordered is still showing as in stock. And there is not really any meaningful response from the email communication.

I purchased a USMNT soccer jersey for $175.00. It arrived with a hole in the shoulder - which I didn't notice until I tried it on for fit, took off the tags and hung in my closet. When I went to put it on, I noticed the hole. I contacted Soccer Wearhouse and they would not take a return, I contacted the BBB and my complaint is filed with them, but Soccer Warhorse did not respond to BBB.

If I could give a zero I would. I now see that this company has scammed a lot of people during the world cup. I ordered a jersey to wear during world cup games, like someone else mentioned mine came 2 and a half weeks after it was supposed to arrive. They would not provide any information on when the jersey would arrive during the delay. Once it did arrive and I was not going to wear it I tried to return it and they told me that I couldn't. It is clear that although they say they are a family business and want to do right by their customers, they do not. I would not trust this company and would not do business with them ever.

I ordered a Non Customized item from their website and per their own policies it is a returnable item within the 30 day window from delivery. I am still within the window but site is not allowing me to initiate a return telling me it is not returnable. Their customer communication is terrible. They don't answer to the number they have posted and emails replies are useless. They say a team member will be in touch and they never do! I will NEVER ever buy from them again not i would recommend anyone to do so.

I go to soccer wearhouse for all my soccer needs. They have all the latest jersey and plenty of soccer cleats to chose from. I am always getting my team custom jerseys from them at a reasonable price.

I ordered an England hoodie during the World Cup, and they gave me the run around and never sent the hoodie. They even set up a fake tracking number with FedEx to make it look like they shipped it out, but the tracking shows that FedEx never received the package. I've had multiple back-and-forths over email with them, and they always say they're going to follow up with someone on their team, but they never do. I beg you not to order from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I REPEAT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a jersey off their website, but due to unfortunate circumstances, my order has not been fulfilled. I ordered this jersey for the sole purpose of gifting it, but it won’t arrive on time. I emailed customer service and explained my situation and they were cooperative and understanding. After a few email exchanges back and forth, customer service representative: Ginni has let me know my order has been issued for a full refund. While I had to cancel my order, I’m grateful this website has an awesome customer service team that is responsive and caring to their customers.

I purchased the Nike Mens Uruguay Match Authentic Home Jersey 2026 (Royal Tint/Obsidian) - L in July 5th for a wooping $175.00. It was NOT customized and when I received it looked odd; like the shoulders were pinched; I left it outside the bag overnight and tried it next morning. It was clear that the design was flawed; the shoulder were pinched and looked ridiculous when wearing it. I started the process to return it right away and the AI directed me to their website; then I got a notice saying my item was not eligible for a return, no explanation given. I contacted customer service by email 3-4 times, finally someone named Ginni (AI too?) responded on July 9th saying a return label had been sent to me, this is the copy paste from their email: We have already sent a return label for you and you should be receiving it soon. It won't be received immediately as it is being processed by our system.... I never received the return label, I emailed at least 5 times and called many more times (they never answered but had a message indicating that because of the world cup they were too busy). Eventually I had to dispute the purchase with Affirm. They started an investigation and said that the vendor (Soccer wearhouse) told them my item was not eligible for return. No reason given again. In paralel, Soccer Wearhouse emailed me on July 16th saying this: Since there's a Chargeback case created for this, it doesn't allow us to proceed a refund or replacement. Then I got another email on July 23rd saying: We have already processed a return label for you on our end, and is still being processed by our system due to the amount of requests being processed at a time. I never received the return label. And here I am. Still disputing the charge. AVOID this company at all costs. Impossible to get a customer service rep; questionable return policies.

Brought some personal items to have some custom heat pressed patches put on from the “The Corner of the Galaxy” podcast. Soccer warehouse didn’t have large sizes but were kind enough to do the work. If you’re interested contact George the store manager for information.

I ordered a pair of soccer shoes in mid June online, then received an email confirmation with an expected delivery by July 3. I followed up SEVEN TIMES by calling their customer service number ( never got a real person), by chat from their site ( got comments that my order was being prepared for weeks, then they would no longer respond), etc. I have never gotten the shoes. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company online.

I gave them a "5" because they have finally communicated with me and I think they are trying to sort this all out. Still, they have a long way to go.
