Soccer Wearhouse Anmeldelser

The quality of the jersey is great! The shipping was quick. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great first time experience.
Fast shipping and great email communication. Was also able to use a promo code to grab a jersey I had my eye on for a while.

Got the product on time. Easy to order. Would use them again.

Easy to find match ball on website and fast, easy shipping experience including notice of when it arrived

I order a soccer Jersey and I received my order within a few weeks. It was a personalized Soccer Jersey. They did a great job with the letters.. Their Customer Service was great. Would I Order from this store again definitely yes. I hope that my next Order would be the same Service. I would like to Order a few Soccer Balls to donate in the future……..thank u.

I placed an order that I had to cancel due to ordering the wrong size. I emailed them within 10 minutes of placing the order. I also called their customer service number but this is a prerecorded message with no way to leave a message. I tried for TWO WEEKS to contact the company. They continued to ship the item to me. There were no directions in the packaging nor in the purchase email about how to return the item. It was only after I complained to Shopify that someone contacted me.
They agreed to refund the cost of the shoe but not the tax that I paid for it. They questioned whether I had tried to contact them so I sent them screenshots of my emails to them and call logs.
Their customer service is AWFUL. And in comparison to other online sellers, they are much more expensive. For that reason alone, they should provide much better service.
I would NOT recommend purchasing from them at all.

Very good jersey for reasonable prices, would recommend to others football fans!!

Shipping was faster than expected , and shoes are exactly what I was looking for

I ordered a jersey from Soccer Wearhouse, and they accidentally left off the sponsor logo. I reached out to customer service, and they handled it really well. They were polite, responsive, and gave me clear options on how they could fix the issue, which I appreciated.

Mistakes happen, but their customer service made a big difference. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely buy from them again.

My son loves his new jersey. Shipping was quick!

Shipping was free and really quick (about 3 days).
I used a 15% discount code that the store gave me, so, yes I recomend Soccer Wearhouse over other stores.

Shipped quickly and very happy with shoes!

I have ordered a few times here and the experience has always been great. This last time I had my order in hand within 3 days of placing the order.

I will also say that the owner is pure class. I lost dozens of jerseys in a house fire and he helped replace a couple for me. He’s also helped students I work with to get them soccer gear that their families couldn’t afford. I will always make SW my first stop for soccer purchases.

All good. Got what I expected. Thanks!

Great prices. I had never heard of this company so I was a bit skeptical but I needed ordering a pair of boots and they were great. I will be ordering more pairs for sure.

My shirt came right on time and I love the quality ! Also I ordered the wrong sized and they replied almost instantly to my email and mailed me the right size. Great customer service :)

Good deals, equipment came as expected. The best place for youth athletic shoes!

The website had the cleats that my son was looking for at a reasonable price. He was able to get the size he needed. The shipping took longer than expected, but the cleats are the correct ones, good quality, and has them in time for his season.

I have no complaints! Customer service responded very quickly and fixed the shipping address before the product had been shipped. Shipping was fast. Loved the product! Would recommend!
